Unscrupulous. This company is constantly knocking on my door even though they've told me I'm on their ""do-not-disturb"" list. They don't listen. If they're this comfortable ignoring a potential customer's wishes, I can't imagine how much they ignore your wishes once they have your money.

Don't fall for these people. They come to your house and take 5 hours to give the quote. Lots of talk and will waste your time. A person named Danny came to my house with a bad attitude, told me I had to change stuff that i didn't really have to change. He told me my roof wont last till the end of month(it lasted more than a month!). To make it worse he told me the price was only good for 24hrs although on the flyer it said good for 30 days. He forced me to make my decision that day even though I told him I needed time to think about it. The price he gave me was $50,000 and he didn't give time to think about it.. What a great person... Not! I ended up doing it with someone else and only cost me $14,000 and I'm happy with the work!

Don't let them in your house unless you feel like getting disrespected in your own home. I had a very uncomfortable experience with the salesperson doing the free estimate.

I made the appointment with a door-to-door salesman who seemed professional enough... and I did need a roof estimate, so it was convenient. However, the person who showed up to do the estimate was another story. He stalled and stalled, making small talk, asking in many different ways about the history of the house. Finally, he got on the roof and into the attic to take measurements and inspect. My husband and I waited for a sales pitch that never came. After an hour and 15 minutes I said that we were running out of time. I have two small children, they needed to be fed and bed time was coming up. After another 30 minutes he still hadn't gotten to the pitch or the estimate. I finally asked that he just email all the information that he wanted to give. He wanted to reschedule to when we had more time to talk. This, after an hour and 40 minutes. We said we had no time for that. He said he couldn't give an estimate like that. I said, well I guess this isn't going to work then. Awkward right? But then he got all petulant and telephoned his colleague to say we had asked him to leave (no, we asked that he hurry up) and told his colleague that we had no business making an appointment in the first place. So, there was the salesman, in my own house talking smack about me to my face. He could have at least waited until he left. Anyhow, it could have just ended awkwardly, but instead it was downright rude and disrespectful. Hence this negative review.

The estimate experience was so oddly drawn out and unproductive that I actually started wonder if the guy was there to case the place for some nefarious reason. I was relieved when according to other Yelp reviews, they are just really pushy salesmen.

Installed lifetime Owens Corning ""Cool Roof"" then painted exteriors with ""cool-life"" heat reflective paint with lifetime warranty and also did my gutters. As with any big project, there will be times when owner and contractor don't see eye to eye but eventually things got sorted out specially with the help of Robert who made sure that My concerns were taken cared of. Overall i am happy with how my house turned out. We don't use the heater much during cold weather and these past days that temps have been ""summer-like"" i hardly notice it when we are inside the house. Financing done thru HERO PROGRAM. A little pricey but u get ur money back through tax credits!

If you agree to a free inspection/estimate be prepared to listen to a two hour sales presentation after the inspection and before a price estimate.
The sales people were very kind and informative but my appointment was at 7pm at 10pm they still hadn't gotten to the price. A bit too late for a Monday night.

Ridiculously priced. Wasted so much of our time with their free estimate. I always get 3-4 estimates when doing anything. They gave me a quote for 27,000 when the other 3 gave quotes from 9,000-10,000 at the very most for the same work. Guys go door to door, beware!

West Coast Better Homes Inc installed a roof next door to me in Burbank this week. I understand the noise, but I don't have to listen to a blaring radio all day as well. Plus
they were careless, Debris, old fencing, old wood strips littered my yard, smashed my plants and bushes. I am sure there is a way to do this job without causing harm to the neighbors.

We hired West Coast Better Homes to re-stucco our house and paint the patio cover. We were told the job would take 6 to 8 days; it took 5 weeks.
The sub-contractors used were very unprofessional. My house looked like a construction site with debris everywhere. They used our tools and bucket (without asking). To power wash the house, plants were trimmed but piles of clippings were left everywhere, they tossed and left trash everywhere such as empty tape rolls, bags from the products they used, orange peels etc. which was left for us to clean up and dispose of.
When they sprayed stucco texturing they did not mask the windows/trim; not surprisingly the texturing was sprayed on windows & window trim. When my husband realized they were starting to spray but had not masked or removed our light fixtures, house numbers etc. he run out and took them down so they wouldn't be ruined (and had to put them back up when the job was completed as they didn't). They did not mask off some of the plants & shrubs which are now painted white from the primer and some of my smaller plants were trampled and destroyed.
The job is finally done, sub-contractors are gone, however everything we had on the side of the house and the patio that they moved onto the lawn is still out on the lawn; again it's left for us to clean up after them.
The house stucco and patio cover look great but the aggravation, frustration and work they created for my husband and myself is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. This is the first contractor I've used that left daily clean-up, trash disposal and removal to the homeowners and had very little regard for our possessions and property; I was not pleased.
West Coast Better Homes is taking on too many jobs too quickly and are hiring any sub-contractors they can get. Without monitoring their sub-contractors they are shooting themselves in the foot and ruining their reputation.

I am extremely satisfied with this company. We desperately needed a new roof and they have come through in giving us one that was built with care and in three days. They were very easy to communicate with; they listened to our wants and needs and answered every question we had quickly and satisfactorily; the workers were clean and efficient; and they delivered on what they promised. The price was a little high, but with the best product and a 50 year warranty, I feel confident that we made the right decision with selecting West Coast Better Homes to get it done right.

My husband says that it was a great job and that it was very professional! I like the way the roof looks, it really looks nice! 3 and a half days from start to finish.
