I am extremely satisfied with this company. We desperately needed a new roof and they have come through in giving us one that was built with care and in three days. They were very easy to communicate with; they listened to our wants and needs and answered every question we had quickly and satisfactorily; the workers were clean and efficient; and they delivered on what they promised. The price was a little high, but with the best product and a 50 year warranty, I feel confident that we made the right decision with selecting West Coast Better Homes to get it done right.

I had my roof installed 2 years ago, and I'm very happy with the service and workmanship. They were clean and fast, all high quality materials, and their follow-up is fantastic. Every year they stop by to check the roof and make sure everything is good. My roof has a lifetime warranty, which will come in real handy when it's time to sell. They're not cheap, but you're paying for quality you can count on. Highly recommended!

Excellent company! I love the work they did and the environment that they brought with it. We got our roof, exterior restored with their coating, insulation in the attic, and energy efficient windows all installed by West Coast Better Homes. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get any type of home improvement and renovations projects done to their home. I had gotten other estimates from other contractors but no one came close to the quality WCBH provided, definitely the best bang for my buck! Communication between Jesus, Matthew, Jason and the company was great through out the whole installation process making sure we were completely happy and answering any questions that we had. The additional work they did that wasn't even included in the original scope of the job was absolutely the cherry on top.

West coast better homes came to my house and Offered an inspection, we agreed because we had an ongoing problem with a roof leak. Thankfully they were very professional and were very specific on what had to get done. Gus explained the work and showed us the materials and was with us throughout the project. We would definitely recommend this company 100%. Its not easy to find a reliable company. My wife is very happy and so am I. Our son at first said the cost was too much, that we had been over charged but that changed once he came and saw all the work that had to be done and saw the materials that were being used.

had some issues with company and when they saw what our concerns were they said they would go above and beyond sill waiting on a few things. over all sloppy work. left junk in neighbors yard. spoiled oil from old truck in our driveway and cut some corners on the job. overpriced and not thorough.

The bad reviews speak for themselves. Over priced for the substandard low quality work. They make you sign a contract, but they do not follow the terms of it. They will leave your home looking worse then it was before they started and your wallet empty. You have been warned.

These guys are great...very professional and did a really nice job on the house. Both my wife and I love the way it looks! My wife and I bought our house in 2011, and the previous owners did not do a great paint job....looked like a quick paint was done just to sell the house. Very quickly paint started chipping and peeling. West Coast Better homes came by and offered a free estimate, and a representative came by and went over the condition of the paint we had ad the time, some of the trouble areas, and how the technology of their paint system would not only make the house look great, but add value to the house by keeping moisture and mold out. We chose them and they worked very hard on the house, and even offered to take away a large mount of branches that had accumulated behind the house (which was there even before we moved in). All in all, great work...highly recommended. We've gotten compliments on our house and I've seen people stop in front of our house to take down the number of the 'West Coast Better Homes' sign that's displayed in our yard.

Two very nice sales men came to my home to price out a roof replacement. The took pictures of my rafters, measured the house and then began their sales pitch. I informed them that I had multiple quotes, and had a budget for the project. I told them amount and said if they can't be competitive let's stop wasting each other's time. Both said, sure, no problem, then two hours later they quote me gouging price for an asphalt roof. I told them that they knew they were 25,000 over the highest quote, and the response was "" well this is what we're comfortable with"", but if I sign right now they'll take 15% off. CROOKS!!!

So unethical!!!
