Got some work done on my roof and was completely satisfied. They worked within my budget, finish quick.

This was the worst experience ever!!! First a young kid came to schedule an appt, thought why not give them an opportunity. The day arrives and I have this man ask sooooo many questions as to what I do for a living, who lives here, what do I plan to do with my home lol I felt harassed, he was at my house for 3 hours! We asked him to leave but kept going on and on asking the same damn questions as to how much did we want to spend for Windows. It got to the point that I felt threatened in my own home, I was a second from calling the police. Since the second he walked into my home he wanted to give me quotes to fix my bathroom, tub, concrete, Items this company doesn't even specially in, sales guy was trying to advertise his own side jobs outside of this company. After I mentioned conflict of interest he changed the conversation and just emphasized on Windows. Since he walked into my home and represented this company by trying to sell products not part of this company I felt unease, shows the companies values as employees and as a whole, would never do business with a company with poor employee values.

I, Irene Zepeda, observed West Coast putting on a new roof on my neighbor's second story home. Victor asked me if I would like a free inspection on my roof and that I would receive an honest opinion. Victor and Alex proceeded to do a thorough inspection. As it turned out, my roof was in pretty bad condition. They suggested we meet, and include another family member, to show us pictures of my roof and explain the process and materials to be used in installing a new roof. My daughter Lily and I met with Victor and Alex at my home, which I thought was a nice personal touch. They gave us detailed information on the condition of my current roof, including photos. They also gave us detailed information on their certified roofers, materials used, and the order in which they would be installed. We were able to view samples of all materials. We received warranty and financing information. They went the extra mile and set up my financing and deposit. We were very impressed, never felt pressured and felt confident they would do a great job. Which they did! Their salespersons, managers and installers were all excellent and efficient.
