I can not say enough about this company. They re-roofed our entire house. We have a three car garage with a flat roof and the rest of the house has a tile roof. We had done our research and after having several companies come out to bid the job we went with West American Roofing. They are a very professional company. Their work was outstanding. As the saying goes you get what you paid for. Well let me tell you this was an expensive roof and we are thrilled that it was done correctly. My cousin who builds homes came by while the roof was being done and he got up there and inspected what they were doing. This guys builds hundreds of homes and he was so impressed he is going to start recommending them. There are a lot of bad roofing companies out there. Don't be taken in by a low bid. You only want to re-roof your house once.

I really cannot rate this company as I never had a chance to use them. I called to inquire about regular maintenance and the person that answered told me that she really did not know if they did maintenance. She would call the owners and have them get right back to me. No one ever called back. I moved on, however I am now wondering what all (well maybe not all, that's not fair) the roofing companies are going to do once El Nino passes through. I now have accumulated a long list of ones I would never call!

Have depended on them for over 20 years. They are reliable and are very neat...roofing jobs can get very messy! This recent re-roofing job was excellent and is keeping our house quite cool despite the recent very hot weather!

I used West American Roofing to inspect the rock roof on my house when we were in escrow. Since then they have done maintenance work (where we had a few leaks) and I also had them re-roof the storage shed on the side of my house. John is super cool and he and his crew did a top notch job on everything they touched. I would highly recommend their work and will of course use them again!
