I want to start by saying that this company put on what looks like a quality roof after the hurricane. The staff I dealt with were courteous with me. My complaint is that they did not finish the detail work on my house. Some of the soffit and fascia board cover was left off. They have said it was not a part of the contract but my contention is that if it was not then tell before hand. I would have been happy to pay more to have it done right. After spending almost $12,000 I would not hold back on about $100 in materials and maybe $300 in labor. I am disappointed to have this gapping hole in the side of my beautiful new roof.
