Condescending, obnoxious, and rude. Never made it to the point of having Wes come by for the consultation.

I was honest in letting him know I was receiving a couple other quotes, as my husband and I needed custom shelves installed, and didn't have a lot of availability this month. We could only have him come by to install during select days. Thus, I let him know we were going to go with whichever company could work with our schedules.

His response was that we were ""cheap"" because we were looking in to other companies in addition to his. His attitude and way of communication absolutely needs some work. Thumbs down for customer service.

Needed someone to unclog my sewage pipes and Wes came to save the day! Not only did he do a great job, but took the time to educate me on the issue, and how to prevent it from happening again. He also checked my pipes, found a massive leak and repaired that as well. Mostly, Wes stayed true to his initial quote and didn't try to take more money! I have a new contractor that is dependable and honest. I would definitely recommend Wes' services.

My husband and I aren't the least bit handy. One might call either of us ""Not Handy Smurf."" We often accumulate punch lists of small jobs to be performed around the house. Wes was able to knock out our most recent punch list quickly and affordably. As a plus, he's super nice. I'll definitely call him back for both small and large tasks.

Wes Does NOT. This man is full of excuses. He has ZERO online reviews, so it's time to start one so other folks will know to avoid this business at all costs. I hired Mr. Whitsett to do some improvements around my home. He seemed nice enough and assured me he and his crew could do anything and the bulk of the work would be done in two weeks. I've worked contractors so I know they are rarely finished on time, but this was literally painting, some flooring and a custom closet. Things that take most professional businesses a day or so to complete. Now in fairness Mr. Whitsett lost a family member during the process. I'm sympathetic to that, but you have a crew of people, must they stop working because you are gone to grieve? Keep in mind this man was rarely on site anyways. One of his employees stated that he hadn't been paid and could no longer work. That's understandable. I began working with Mr. Whitsett the first of March. It is now May. I let him go because he just wouldn't come to work and wouldn't call or anything, he acted like coming to work on my home that he'd already been paid for was doing me a favor! Bottom line, zero communication, slowness, this man takes money and then does a poor job. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
