Left one heck of a mess behind. Very unprofessional. Never showed up until 10 am. Stood around as much as they worked. Very nosy asking lots of personal questions about resident and property security. Have pictures to .show poor craftsmanship

The good and the bad:

1. Walter needs to take a customer service skills class. This man has absolutely no clue how to work with or how to deal with customers. He comes off as very bothered to answer basic questions about a proposal. And prepare yourself if you have an issue with their work. They made a mistake during our roof replacement and he was very argumentative, snarky, and defensive when we tried to get a resolution.

2. Keep an eye on your invoice and make sure they prove they used the materials they said they used. I watched his guys load materials up at the end of the job only to find I was being charged for these materials on my final bill.

3. The onsite workers did a great job cleaning up. They picked up multiple times throughout the process and we had no issues with them. My only criticism would be that they have someone onsite who speaks english during the entire process, so you can ask questions as things come up.

Walter Weiler did a great job by taking off the tiled roof and replacing it with a nice shingled roof all within 3 days. His crew is great, efficient and professional, although it was hard to communicate with them because I don't speak Spanish. Everything was left clean and Mr Weiler came in with a reasonable quote that beat many of the other roofers I interviewed. I would definitely recommend his company for any roof repairs or replacements. Thank you Walter

Poor ""Customer Care"". Bought a new [used] home. Weiler stated the roof needed some preventative tune-up. I trusted. They came out during the day while I was at work - declared completion and requested $1, 200.00
I asked for someone to go over the work with me, and/or simply send a statement of work... repeated request. Two months later they agreed to meet me at the house. The guy that came out knew nothing of the work performed; just wanted the payment. He said that he would send pictures of any repairs completed and asked for the payment. Foolishly, I said that trust was important to me, therefore I would give payment and believe in his word that he would send the pictures of the completed work.
There was NO visible damage prior to the declaration that the roof needed repair. To date Weiler has not sent the pictures... makes you wonder as to if there ever was a roof issue. Trust damaged!
Hire a roofer you can trust - this company doesn't care; I don't believe they've earned trust.

Walter did my roof this summer (2018) after Hurricane Irma went through. I didn't have any hurricane damage but all the roofers were super busy fixing roofs that did have damage. I had trouble even getting people to return my calls. Walter returned my calls, showed up promptly, even came by on the weekend to look at my roof. His crew did a fantastic job. After the permit was issued, had my roof done in two days. I needed extensive repairs and replacement of old wood. His crew did a great job of cleaning up, unlike the last company that did my roof. I was finding bits of shingles and nails for weeks around my yard. His pricing was very reasonable with no surprises. I highly recommend him.

The worst roofing company ever...destroyed the gutters so we had to have all new ones...were messy...did not put flashing in several spots so rodents were able to enter the attic...and one year later we still have a rodent problem...really??? a new roof and rodents...must not have done something they were supposed to.

Weiler had a very competitive bid and the whole project was done in less than a week. The crew worked sun up to sun down to stay on schedule. The wind mitigation inspection for our insurance was a nice plus as well.

Walter did our roof a few years ago! Great job very professional and just a nice young man. Over the next year several of my neighbors had the same experience. I had Walter back to do more work after we decided to do an addition. Still has the same crew, still great service. My son and I are doing a 1,000 addition and on the day my inspection passed, we were expecting lots of rain, timing was incredible, for 6 weeks no rain, open the roof and theirs rain. Walters crew got me dried in and protected my house in about an hour. AMAZING guys. Thank you Walter.

Weiler has only been open for about 3 years, but you would never know it. Weiler Construction is a licensed general contractor for the great state of Florida. The Owner, Walter Weiler is extremely professional, fair, and very very knowledgeable. Every single crew member we have had at our home has been more than pleasant, know exactly what they are supposed to do and how to do it, respectful and clean. Their prices meet or beat any other local service. Weiler Construction not only services roofs, but installs windows, flooring, siding... pretty much anything a general contractor can do, even the more confusing and ""hard to do"" household annoyance. We will not ever call any other company to do work on our home other than Weiler Construction.
