Jonathan and his team did an outstanding job on our new roof! Their team is exceptionally skilled and exceptionally courteous. Jonathan was great to communicate with leading up to the job, and his office staff are very helpful. We had a difficult, damaged roof with a lot of hidden problems that were only revealed as the work continued. Jonathan made sure everything was addressed and no issue was left unfixed. His team worked so quickly during a brief lull in the winter rains to get us a new roof. Rarely do you find a team that is so fast and yet so professional and skillful, and here we found both. We purchased a home in Gold River in 2020 and Weaver Roofing Inc. did the roof inspection and certified the roof for 2 years. They also performed the necessary cleaning by removing the tiles and cleaning the leaves and reinstalling the tiles. Shortly after moving in, we discovered some cracked roof tiles and called, but we never received a response. We then had a handyman replace the tiles.

Fast forward to May 2022 when we had a roof leak. We did not contact Weaver Roofing but a different company. We found out that the roof had NO underlay under the tiles. The tiles were laid on thermo insulation which is cardboard material and NOT waterproof. We are now having to pay $37K to have the roof redone with proper under laying. Weaver Roofing should lose their license for not disclosing this to us before we purchased the home.

I attached a picture of the roof once the tiles were removed. Nothing but cardboard material!
