With Weather Shield, had very bad experience for a roofing job. Don't waste your time even getting a free estimate. Mr. Palacio was a manager from hell.
- Instead of putting agreed upon shingles, he brought in a generic brand. Luckily I caught it just before they were starting to nail it. Mr. Palacio told me that he will leave the job as is (messed up).
- The subcontractors broke the corner plank under the roof while laying a new roofing plywood. They charged me hundreds more however never fixed the corner of the roof.

I was very pleased with saleswoman, she was amazing!  She got a new roof approved with my insurance super quickly! Day of install they messed up the caulking around my skylight from all the banging.  Called and they had someone out here to fix it rather quickly.
Fast forward a year and half and we had a leak that ruined a wall and some wood flooring. Husband looked and noticed a boot wasnt properly installed. No biggie right?  Mistakes happen! Called them and they sent someone out who tried to say they didnt install boot wrong, that we pushed it up. Or plumber did. Ummmmm we havent had any plumbing work done! We haven't had anybody in our attic or on our roof AT ALL! Caught me, I totally pushed a boot up for no reason and damaged my brand new roof! That just sounds STUPID! Told me they would fix it for $250.00! They wanted me to pay for their mistake! Again, mistakes happen, but its not ok when a mistake is made and they won't take responsibility for it and make it right! Get ur money and run for the hills kinda company apparently! Absolutely disgusted!

I love Weathershield Solutions! They did an excellent job on my roof...they were very reasonable and they are willing to negotiate with me and they ensured that my insurance company didn''t try to undercut me. I would like to thank Tomas and Alfred for being very professional and efficient.

I was approached by Karla Figueroa, a representative of Weathershield Solutions LLC and she came to my house and gave me a bid for a new roof. She stated that I would not come out of pocket. That all my expense and deductible would be included in the insurance claim she would submit in my behalf. I specifically told her not do any work without having a full approval from my insurance company, I told her that I had tried to file a claim the previous year but I couldn't find a good roofing company. My claim Karla submitted was DENIED. Karla assured me she had everything under control. One day without notice, I came home and found a group of men removing my roof and installing the new one. They jumped the fence to access the backyard. My underage daughter was home and was scared, she had no idea what was going on. I called Karla over 10 times and no answer. I had no idea who to call since no paperwork or business card was given to me I only had her number. The roof was installed. I called my insurance company and they told me that my claim was denied and I explained the situation to the insurance rep. 3 days later my insurance rep called and told me she was able to pass through the claim I had made the previous year. That claim was for less money. Many days later Weathershield solutions manager, Anna, called and finally I had someone to talk to about this. She apologized for how Karla handled my service and assured me that she would take care of everything that Karla no longer worked there. Anna told me she would send my insurance an additional bill for the overages and she said that IF MY INSURANCE DIDN'T PAY, THEN HER COMPANY WOULD TAKE THE LOSS AND CLOSE THE FILE. Now A YEAR LATER I'm being harassed by a Bill Jordan using profanity and aggressiveness to PRESSURE ME AND pay them $1200. An today 3/12/ 19 Bill Jordan threatened me with a lawsuit.
