While putting in an attic floor, I noticed the temperature was abnormally hot and when I looked at the inside ridge, there was no area for the hot air to escape. Enter Bill Jackson from Weatherproof Roofing and he confirmed that the previous roofer had tarred in the existing ridge vent which meant there was no way the hot air could escape. Within a week, his team replaced it with a new one and WOW...the attic was at least 15 degrees cooler! Great job. Fast and thorough!

Bad customer service in my experience.
I reached out to have some repairs done and apparently someone went out to the property to give a quote but I never heard anything back so I reached out to them to follow up and the person that answered said they would have the worker call me which never happened.

Weatherproof Roofing came highly recommended to me through a family friend. I initially met with Bill who did a thorough inspection of my roof as well as the damage my house sustained from Hurricane Irma. He explained everything that he saw as well as what needed to be done and I felt he was honest in his recommendations. He told me that I could likely get one more year out of my roof but I chose to replace it now since it had gone far beyond its life expectancy. It's honesty such as his that I appreciate the most especially as a female homeowner. The crew arrived on time and did exactly what they needed to do and exactly what Bill said they would do. The end result was a new roof and rebuild of the part of my house that sustained hurricane damage. I honestly couldn't be happier with the entire process and I feel the work was top notch. They really did a fantastic job. Bill came back after the work was complete and did a walk through to address any concerns or questions. He really is a very easy-going and reasonable person to do business with and it's refreshing to feel that as a homeowner, you haven't been taken advantage of for the sole financial gain of an individual. I highly recommend Weatherproof Roofing.

I contacted Weatherproof Roofing for an estimate to replace a shingle roof. The inspector came out pretty quick but never sent a copy of his evaluation. It's been over a week, and I've called twice, but the estimator hasn't returned my calls or emailed the estimate. Based on my experience, I will not be using Weatherproof Roofing for my roof replacement.

On March16th Patrick kept his appointment to find a roof leak. He proposed a solution and said he'd get back with me. Two weeks later, nothing. I called the company and was told he'd follow-up .... nothing happened. If you don't want a job or it's too small, just tell the homeowner. It's now April 20th, no follow-up.

Can't say enough good things about Bill and his crew. He came out for two consultations, free of charge, because we were not sure whether we wanted to rehab our tile roof or put on a new shingle roof. In the end we elected to do a new shingle roof and we are so happy that we did. The house looks amazing! We also had Weatherproof's carpenter replace all of our water damaged soffiting and he did a great job. There was a small run of soffiting in an obscure area that was missed and I didn't even notice until a month after we had paid in full. I called Bill and his carpenter was back out the next day! During the removal of our previous roof, the guys covered all of our plants with tarps to keep them from getting covered in tile pieces. This is getting long, but I told you I couldn't say enough good things! We got three quotes and Weatherproof was not the cheapest but they also weren't the most expensive. I'm sure that the difference in price was easily covered by the return trip for the missed piece of soffiting, but I would pay a little more for the piece of mind that comes from knowing that the job will be done professionally by a company that stands behind their work. Thank you Bill and the whole Weatherproof crew!

Excellent job!! From start to finish everyone was professional and well informed about ripping off old roof to installing new roof and also explaining the process and the products they use.will definitely recommend them.

Just called this company because we have water that started leaking into our house last night from the ceiling. They won't come out today because it's raining, which I understand not wanting to get on the roof in bad weather. However, I told them they can access via the attic to at least see where the leak is coming from and see if there is a temporary fix until the weather subsides. They were not interested in doing so. Would not call them again.

It was seen that this type work saw in realtime construction provided fine tuning of all types of materials and situating doors, flooring and window sashes.

Moreover, this writer observed important steps and materials running into and out of the building that discarded labor tactics the needed to be changed, for costs, but not durability.
