Amazing! 7 member crew plus two crane operators. Arrived on time...installed the 6 layers promised but went a step beyond. Other roofing companies try to convince you that you have more rotten wood than you actually do. This crew installed all 6 layers but went a step above. My husband has been a contractor for 40 years. They only replaced the rotten wood 2 sheets...and vented the existing plywood to improve the attic ventilation. No charge...clean up was top notch even removed remnants of Milton. Get your bids, and then call Weatherproof Roofing...you wont be disappointed.

We started off needing a roof installed, we went through a few people until we found Weatherproof Roofing Company, and they suggested as we do not have very much slope on our roof that a flat roof would be the best option, as we were replacing a shingle old leaking roof. The day it leaked they came over and sealed it the same day for no further damage, until they can come over and replace it. They did an excellent job with that and we have had it for over 4 years with no issues at all. We decided to now get some solar attic fan's installed and they did a great job installing them and sealing them beautifully. I would 100% recommend this company for doing any roof, repair, or vent work and they do all different applications (Shingles, metal, flat roof etc) Bill has always been a great guy and has a great staff. Everyone is very friendly. Thank you!

This company (or the roofer who works for them) really screwed up. On Wednesday we discovered there was a hole in my roof so the company was called, and a roofer was scheduled to come fix. Friday was the earliest they said they could come. On Friday, the roofer was late to the job. He is called and he confirms he is on his way. Still does not show up, two more times phone calls are made to the roofer, and he again says he is coming. Friday 5 pm arrives, roofer never came. Friday night and Saturday it rains and there is water damage. There is no way to reach the company after work hours on Friday, it just goes to a dispatcher and they send a message. Meanwhile my property is getting water damage.

We are so impressed with this company.. Pete came out on time. Very professional. The first ring he handed us was license and liability insurance. Very thorough. Gave us a proposal.. Everything typed out. Insurance discounts. Materials, warranties. They are Master Installers with GAF Timberline. Outstanding warranty because of this. Crew was on time. Covered plants. Hard working. Had the job done in 1 1/2 days. went around with magnet to pick up nails. Very thorough!

While putting in an attic floor, I noticed the temperature was abnormally hot and when I looked at the inside ridge, there was no area for the hot air to escape. Enter Bill Jackson from Weatherproof Roofing and he confirmed that the previous roofer had tarred in the existing ridge vent which meant there was no way the hot air could escape. Within a week, his team replaced it with a new one and WOW...the attic was at least 15 degrees cooler! Great job. Fast and thorough!

Bad customer service in my experience.
I reached out to have some repairs done and apparently someone went out to the property to give a quote but I never heard anything back so I reached out to them to follow up and the person that answered said they would have the worker call me which never happened.

Weatherproof Roofing came highly recommended to me through a family friend. I initially met with Bill who did a thorough inspection of my roof as well as the damage my house sustained from Hurricane Irma. He explained everything that he saw as well as what needed to be done and I felt he was honest in his recommendations. He told me that I could likely get one more year out of my roof but I chose to replace it now since it had gone far beyond its life expectancy. It's honesty such as his that I appreciate the most especially as a female homeowner. The crew arrived on time and did exactly what they needed to do and exactly what Bill said they would do. The end result was a new roof and rebuild of the part of my house that sustained hurricane damage. I honestly couldn't be happier with the entire process and I feel the work was top notch. They really did a fantastic job. Bill came back after the work was complete and did a walk through to address any concerns or questions. He really is a very easy-going and reasonable person to do business with and it's refreshing to feel that as a homeowner, you haven't been taken advantage of for the sole financial gain of an individual. I highly recommend Weatherproof Roofing.

I contacted Weatherproof Roofing for an estimate to replace a shingle roof. The inspector came out pretty quick but never sent a copy of his evaluation. It's been over a week, and I've called twice, but the estimator hasn't returned my calls or emailed the estimate. Based on my experience, I will not be using Weatherproof Roofing for my roof replacement.
