I should have written this review 15 years ago. I manage a 4-unit HOA complex in Huntington Beach. One of the owners complained of a leak from the roof. I had her get 3 quotes from licensed roofing contractors and they all said there was a leak in the roof, with quotes ranging from $2,500 - $5,000.

15 years ago when we bought our home in North Tustin, our first major remodel was a new roof. I worked with Domenic Llamas, at Weatherline Roofing, LIC #933810. Back then, I got 7-8 quotes and Weatherline came in the best for what was in the quote. Years later, we added a master bedroom and they again, did the roof for the addition.

I called Domenic re: the ""leak"" at the HOA. He went the following day & determined the leak came from an unsealed window. To fix the issue, the owner needed to add caulking to the border of their new vinyl window.

I also shared this experience on Nextdoor with my neighbors. Domenic is honest, follows through & the work done by Weatherline is top notch. Definitely recommend!

We thought this company was OUR roofing company. They were recommended by a neighbor and carried out two repairs for us both of which were satisfactory (so far). Then we asked them to quote for rake (edge) times falling off the roof and smashing glass on our property. They came on-time, quoted and when asked what the hell they were quoting for (as it was not clear), they just shut up and wouldn't answer any of my questions.

Not OUR roofing company any more.

Our experience with Weatherline has been excellent. Domenic, Jorge, Romero and their entire team are very professional and personable. Their main focus is obviously customer satisfaction. We initially had a leak in our fireplace and hired a chimney company to investigate. They did what they could to repair and update our fireplace and chimney, but it did not resolve the leak problem.

We then contacted Weatherline and had the roof inspected to see if they could locate any areas of concern that may be the cause. Since the roof was at the end of its 25-year life and was obviously in need of replacement, we decided to move forward with a new roof hoping this would correct the problem.

Once the roof was replaced, the leak still occurred around the fireplace. We were baffled at this point. Weatherline returned to reinspect their work and found nothing that would indicate the problem was on their end after doing a water pressure test. Romero then decided to take it further by water testing the chimney and sure enough they found numerous pinholes within the chimney structure which was the cause of all the leaking. We then proceeded to have the chimney sealed and repainted which finally ended the leak issue. Thank you Weatherline!

I had a complicated leak that was coming from the ledger of my patio cover. I was also concerned that it could be coming from the roof. I had five roofers come to my house. Most of them were not interested in fixing the problem. All they wanted to do was re-roof. I felt frustrated because most of them didn't seem to have the expertise or a plan to fix my leak. However, I called Weatherline. The were recommended on Facebook by our neighborhood. Jorge came out to my house. He was extremely knowledgeable and confident. He told me what needed to be done and warrantied his work. His crew came out and fixed the problem in two days. During this time I had spoke to Domenic the owner. He was very experienced, and he took his time with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. I was very happy that I chose Weatherline. I learned that you have to be very careful when hiring a roofer. If I would have chosen another roofer, my leak would have never been fixed. I highly recommend Weatherline. Domenic, Jorge, and their crew are awesome!

These guys were excellent! Had a great experience from my initial call all the way through work completion. Of the 15 (no exaggeration) different contractors I called, 3 actually showed up to give me an estimate, and only 1 actually sent a written work order for my insurance to review.

Everyone from the office staff to the contractors were extremely professional and pleasant. They did a very large repair in a timely manner, and didn't leave a mess for me to deal with after! Customer service was above and beyond. Will definitely be calling them if I ever have another need for roof work.

I believe it's easy for anyone to be good when things are going smoothly and you are working your Plan A. It's when things start to go sideways and you need to implement a Plan B or even Plan C, that you begin to see a person's true character.
My roof was wide open, down to the plywood in the middle of Reroofing with only a sheet of plastic nailed to the plywood. Of all nights, it happened to be the night of a freak thunderstorm with lightning and hail. I called Dominic at about 9 PM as it began raining harder and he had someone come out to try to secure the plastic as best as he could. I was grateful he sent someone so late... in the rain. Had I not been woken later that night by a drip in the master bedroom at 12:15, I would have never gone up into the attic to see the water pouring in from several spots as if it was coming from a turned on faucet! It was extremely windy and raining sideways...All night long my wife and I were trying to get buckets and towels under the water in the attic and stop whatever we could. The next morning I called Dominic and he came out immediately. When he saw the damage, he had a water remediation person at my front door in less than an hour. They took care of everything quickly, and efficiently. Dominic never hesitated or shied away from the responsibility, he did everything he could to make it right. I am grateful that I was dealing with a person of integrity and character in what was a horrible situation. Unless I move, I will probably never need another roof again, but if I ever did I would only use Weatherline Roofing. I highly recommend them to anyone!
