These guys were excellent! Had a great experience from my initial call all the way through work completion. Of the 15 (no exaggeration) different contractors I called, 3 actually showed up to give me an estimate, and only 1 actually sent a written work order for my insurance to review.

Everyone from the office staff to the contractors were extremely professional and pleasant. They did a very large repair in a timely manner, and didn't leave a mess for me to deal with after! Customer service was above and beyond. Will definitely be calling them if I ever have another need for roof work.

I believe it's easy for anyone to be good when things are going smoothly and you are working your Plan A. It's when things start to go sideways and you need to implement a Plan B or even Plan C, that you begin to see a person's true character.
My roof was wide open, down to the plywood in the middle of Reroofing with only a sheet of plastic nailed to the plywood. Of all nights, it happened to be the night of a freak thunderstorm with lightning and hail. I called Dominic at about 9 PM as it began raining harder and he had someone come out to try to secure the plastic as best as he could. I was grateful he sent someone so late... in the rain. Had I not been woken later that night by a drip in the master bedroom at 12:15, I would have never gone up into the attic to see the water pouring in from several spots as if it was coming from a turned on faucet! It was extremely windy and raining sideways...All night long my wife and I were trying to get buckets and towels under the water in the attic and stop whatever we could. The next morning I called Dominic and he came out immediately. When he saw the damage, he had a water remediation person at my front door in less than an hour. They took care of everything quickly, and efficiently. Dominic never hesitated or shied away from the responsibility, he did everything he could to make it right. I am grateful that I was dealing with a person of integrity and character in what was a horrible situation. Unless I move, I will probably never need another roof again, but if I ever did I would only use Weatherline Roofing. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Professional in every way starting with the estimate from Jorge, and the quality of work by all 3 guys on the crew.

My roof had a significant amount of termite damage to both the rafters and starter boards, plus several broken field tiles. Their crew knew exactly what they were doing and their craftsmanship is incredible. As soon as they realized the damage exceeded the quoted scope they showed me the issues, making it easy to understand and approve. The entire crew was excellent at explaining their work and responding to my questions.

There was much more damage than what could be seen from the estimate, clearly more than the quoted scope. The proposal was written to cover a change order if more damage was found during demo. Totally fair in how the change order was processed.

They cleaned up after each day and when finished. You can not tell they were here, other than the newly repaired roof.

I'm happy to support a locally owned, family operated company. Thank you Weatherline Reroofing. You have a great company with excellent employees.

They were awesome to deal with for our roof replacement. Everyone was clean (cleanest demo I've ever had done), super professional, the job was done on time and looks absolutely excellent. Communication was good throughout the project. They don't pressure for reviews or anything like some other companies either. Would not hesitate to use or recommend them!

Had to keep calling to get an estimate. Just to replace 15 concrete tiles. Finally got an estimate for $1,675. More than $100 per tile?! Avoid unless you have a week to get an overpriced estimate.

My husband and I used Weatherline last month to repair our tile roof that had been damaged by the wind. They were very responsive, came out quickly to do an estimate, and came out again to provide a temporary covering for an open area in case of rain before the work was done. They were great to work with and the completed job was well done. Because of the detailed description in their estimate and the pictures that they took, our homeowners insurance agent accepted their estimate as submitted. We will definitely use Weatherline in the future if we need work done on the roof.
