Leak, horrible attitude, no response to emails. Wanted payment before job was complete damages not fixed for months.

Weather Guard was very diligent in working with our insurance company to get our roof replaced. Many of our neighbors had no problems w/their claims for hail & wind damage regarding a Spring 2019 severe thunderstorm. Unfortunately our process needed a couple of additional steps to approve the claim in March of 2020.
Weather Guard's hard work was further seen on the day of the actual install. A crew of about 15 got to work before 7am and worked until the job was complete, around 8pm. They did a good cleanup job too. Our insurer also sent out a rep for a post install inspection and he commented on what good a job had been done.

The roof installation was not complete when they asked for payment. The quality control is terrible. The roof shingles flap in a strong wind and they left nails all over the yard. Plus they are at least 30% higher in cost than any other roofer in the area. Stay away

Our experience with Weatherguard was amazing. In the beginning working with Chris and Kim, they are knowledgeable and helped us work with our insurance company among other things. The crew was professional and hard working and the finished roof is perfect !! Cannot give these guys enough stars, awesome job. Bill B

I hired this company in April 2019. There is a serious lack in customer service by this company and the quality of work they perform. My experience with WeatherGuard has been terrible. I chose to work with WeatherGuard based on recommendations of a former customer. WeatherGuard has failed to communicate effectively with their work crews and my experience was topped of when the sales rep yelled at me on the phone. He called me when I was working and I couldn't answer his call. When I returned his call, his voice mail was full, so I couldn't leave a message and had to text him. When we finally connected, the sales rep had the audacity to yell at a customer. You should NEVER yell at a customer, especially when you know you haven't provided good service to that customer. My time is valuable too. I can't always drop work to pick up a personal call. The sales rep may be frustrated that I couldn't answer his call when I was at work, but that is no excuse for his rudeness. The sales rep wouldn't even listen to me or let me say anything. The sales rep told me the roofers would be at my house between 8 and 10 a.m. to do the exterior roof patches. The crew didn't arrive until 5 p.m. They did not arrive with the materials they needed to complete the job and had to leave to purchase materials. It was after sunset when they returned with the materials. They wanted to work in the dark and worked until 8 p.m. and came back the next day to finish the job. The roofers came back the next morning to complete the patch on the roof. The roofers didn't clean up the debris from the roof. I have video on my security camera showing them raking the discarded shingles to the base of a nearby tree and covering the debris with leaves. I had to clean up the debris they left behind. This shows the lack of being an environmental friendly company. In addition to arriving late and unprepared to complete the job and their attempt to hide the discarded shingles instead of removing the trash, the crew did a poor job on the repairs. A few days later, the wind blew up the corner of the shingles that were supposed to be repaired. The crew had to come back a third time to fix that corner of the roof. A few days later, after a rain shower, I noticed the plywood the crew was supposed to replace was soaked through the roof. The crew had to come out a fourth time to replace the plywood. Due to their tardiness, unpreparedness and sloppy work, a repair that could have been completed in a few hours took four days over a couple of weeks. The interior repair crew wasn't much better. As with the exterior crew, they had to leave to buy supplies and then return. The sales rep had drawn a map of the ceiling to show where the painters were supposed to paint. Either the painters never got the drawing or they completely ignored the drawing because I had to show them where to paint. Even after I showed them each spot to repaint, they still forgot one area. The interior crew was also sloppy. I've had to clean up paint splatters from my floors from where they dripped paint. I did not call the interior crew back to my home to repaint the missed spots because I don't want them to create more of a mess than they are repairing. I wouldn't recommend WeatherGuard to anyone. I work in customer service. I care about my customers' experience and I expect the companies I work with to do the same. Poor communication, sloppy work, and rudeness are the themes of my experience with WeatherGuard. I had to leave 1 star because it the system wouldn't allow me to give no stars.

Weatherguard was great to work with when my rental property had roof damage. The process was so simple from meeting Matt at the house initially for an estimate, again when the insurance adjuster came out, and I couldn't be happier with the new roof! Transformed the whole look of the house. Very reasonable and very easy to work with!

WeatherGuard did our roof in February, and they were great to work with! They helped us work through the insurance process, and we quickly got the claim approved. The roof looks great, all the debris was cleaned up right away, and everybody was nice and professional.

I signed a contract with Weathergaurd to replace my roof in September. We had hail damage from a storm in June of 2018. I was told by my salesman Nate, it would probably be the end of the year before they could get to me. I was ok with that because I was very impressed with his professionalism and the information he gave me. Unfortunately we have had our replacement date moved twice. Zach who is the production manager who schedules the jobs, notified me the day before. I tried to call him to ask why, he never responded. So I reached out to the VP of operations, Ryan. He never called back, he sent an email, apologizing and saying that because of all the rain, they have been behind and will Try to honor the February date. The problem I have is I know 2 people who signed contracts with local roofing companies at the same time I did and had new roofs by the end of the year! I'm very disappointed with this waiting game and lack of customer service. If I had used a local company my roof would have been done! Make sure you get a completion date in writing!

3.5 stars overall.
Roof 4.5 Stars: Roofing work was completed in 2 days, much quicker than anticipated. The crew did a decent job not destroying our plants and gardens. The site was left very messy after the first day, but was cleaned to satisfaction upon completion of the job. In addition to the roofing work we also had the following work completed:
New Skylights 1 Star: Skylight install was not as expected. While installation of the skylights does not cause leaks, the crew took minimal time to install and did not take the time to make it look professional. After much debate back and forth with the the foreman, I actually had to complete the job myself.
Gutters and gutter Guards 5 Stars: We had all new gutters an guards installed and they are fantastic. The team did a great job to address our needs and the finished product is fantastic.
Fascia and Soffit Repair 4 Stars: Much of our fascia was rotted, thus we had the team replace and paint. Again, they did a great job, only hiccup was communication and expectation of price.
Overall I would say we are satisfied and learned some valuable lessons along the way. I would recommend Weatherguard but would highly suggest to be very descriptive in what you ask for and make sure it is in writing.

We were very pleased with Jordan and Weatherguard Roofing. They arrived right on time, did an excellent job and cleaned up right away. The roof looks great! And when they accidentally broke a coach lamp, they quickly paid to replace it!
