Weatherguard was great to work with when my rental property had roof damage. The process was so simple from meeting Matt at the house initially for an estimate, again when the insurance adjuster came out, and I couldn't be happier with the new roof! Transformed the whole look of the house. Very reasonable and very easy to work with!

WeatherGuard did our roof in February, and they were great to work with! They helped us work through the insurance process, and we quickly got the claim approved. The roof looks great, all the debris was cleaned up right away, and everybody was nice and professional.

I signed a contract with Weathergaurd to replace my roof in September. We had hail damage from a storm in June of 2018. I was told by my salesman Nate, it would probably be the end of the year before they could get to me. I was ok with that because I was very impressed with his professionalism and the information he gave me. Unfortunately we have had our replacement date moved twice. Zach who is the production manager who schedules the jobs, notified me the day before. I tried to call him to ask why, he never responded. So I reached out to the VP of operations, Ryan. He never called back, he sent an email, apologizing and saying that because of all the rain, they have been behind and will Try to honor the February date. The problem I have is I know 2 people who signed contracts with local roofing companies at the same time I did and had new roofs by the end of the year! I'm very disappointed with this waiting game and lack of customer service. If I had used a local company my roof would have been done! Make sure you get a completion date in writing!

Roof 4.5 Stars: Roofing work was completed in 2 days, much quicker than anticipated. The crew did a decent job not destroying our plants and gardens. The site was left very messy after the first day, but was cleaned to satisfaction upon completion of the job. In addition to the roofing work we also had the following work completed:
New Skylights 1 Star: Skylight install was not as expected. While installation of the skylights does not cause leaks, the crew took minimal time to install and did not take the time to make it look professional. After much debate back and forth with the the foreman, I actually had to complete the job myself.
Gutters and gutter Guards 5 Stars: We had all new gutters an guards installed and they are fantastic. The team did a great job to address our needs and the finished product is fantastic.
Fascia and Soffit Repair 4 Stars: Much of our fascia was rotted, thus we had the team replace and paint. Again, they did a great job, only hiccup was communication and expectation of price.

Overall I would say we are satisfied and learned some valuable lessons along the way. I would recommend Weatherguard but would highly suggest to be very descriptive in what you ask for and make sure it is in writing.

We were very pleased with Jordan and Weatherguard Roofing. They arrived right on time, did an excellent job and cleaned up right away. The roof looks great! And when they accidentally broke a coach lamp, they quickly paid to replace it!

We were satisfied with Weatherguard on this project. Even though it was a long project, it was during the big hail storm and almost every house in the area had damage. There were a few mix-ups but Weatherguard took accountability and handled them smoothly and appropriately. All in all, a satisfied customer.

Weatherguard took care of everything including contacting our insurance company, meeting the adjuster to look at damages and negotiating the proper type of roof that needed to be replaced. It was a painless and quick process because of their knowledge and professionalism. The roof was replaced and cleaned up in one day and they followed up with to double check the clean up and our satisfaction. We highly recommend Weatherguard.

I am not so sure I would trust ""Yelp"" for posting honest reviews as the only one they ""recommend"" for this company that you read first and only, is super negative, you have to go looking for good reviews through their ""Not recommended"" reviews, what the hell is up with that????

Don't fall for the ""Well give you $500 if you put a sign in your yard."" They won't and if they take it off the price you can bet it was written in to start with. They are the ambulance chasers of the Storm business. Notice how they show up just after a big storm and ""Storm your town?"" Ask around and get other prices before you sign with these cons. You'll pay 3 times the going price if you chose Weather Guard out of Charlotte, NC. They will delay your project then show up when they we not due storm through the job and want their money without you even having time to check there work and once they are gone they are gone for good.
