Did terrible work. Leaking at gutter joints, gutters not straight, all around poor installation. Contacted several times to fix and repair and did nothing. Had to hire someone to repair problems. Avoid.

I cannot recommend this company. Started in May trying to get our roof done. Paid 1/2 up front as contract stated. A month later they finally got started. Used chance of rain as excuse. Worked 2 days and stated they would need more money (contract stated 1/2 up front, and remainder when finished). On July 9 stated they had completed work. Many things not done that should have been, flashing, finish work, etc. Mr. Swiney stated we told him to not do these things and he would not do them unless we paid him more money. Final bill was 14,000 more than initial estimate. We had to fight to get work done because every time we asked about something we were told ""that was not included in original estimate"". Mr. Swiney is hard to work with, and will argue about everything. I am giving him 1 star because the actual roof work seems to be okay at this point. Of course we have not had enough rain to test it. I still do not recommend him, because he is very unprofessional and threatened to put a lien on our house when we withheld money trying to get work completed.

I work for the company that makes the poster sized sports schedules you see in like the bars or free at the bank and they was wanting me to feature a good roofing company. So I called the big deal there in Auburn there who had the big web ads and asked for the owner and the little old lady I was speaking with who answered the phone explained to me that the owner was her son and he wouldn't be interested in any advertising that he had more than he could do already. So I said well I was wantin the best roofer for my calendars who do you thinks second best? Well, she kinda chuckled and said, ""Well I think Wayne's Roofing is probably the best around here but I don't know if he'd be interested either."" So I thanked her and couldn't find him on yelp, I did find him on the BBB's site though. Which he did have an A+ rating and I was able to get his number there. I gave him a call. Super nice guy, I asked him how long he'd been roofing, I think his answer was pretty close to about how long I've been breathing but to make a long story short I thought I'd ad him to yelp and share my story.
