A highly skilled and professional builder successfully reconstructed my mother's fire-damaged home. Following a comprehensive project scope, they executed the work precisely as planned. Mr. Tad, the owner, fulfilled all commitments. I am extremely pleased with the referral and commend this family-oriented company for their genuine customer care.

I called Way Construction a few days after the storms hit North Texas. Debrah answered the phone in a very friendly manor and answered all of my questions. They did all of the work to restore my business back go 100%! They were very attentive to all my needs and everyone was very friendly! I would recommend this business to anyone in need of restoration or repair! 10/10!

Way Construction Services promptly and professionally completed repairs in our home related to damages from an attic HVAC system water leak.

Project Manager, Bobby Sutton was excellent at reducing the stress of an otherwise disastrous situation. He worked seamlessly with my insurance company, all the trades and subcontractors. My home was returned to its pre-loss condition on time and on budget.

Thanks everyone at Way Construction for the excellent job including drywall, interior painting and flooring.

I had major home repair after my house got stuck with lightning in August 2019. This company did an awesome job of restoring my house to its original and better. Thank you especially to Bobby Sutton, always answer my questions and call me or text me to update the status of my house. I can't thank you enough and I am currently enjoying my house with my family

I had a great experience with Way Construction. I had my 1980's kitchen remodeled this year and it looks awesome. I had new cabinets built, modern light fixtures, granite counter tops installed with a beautiful backsplash, new textured walls and paint. I did have a couple of issues with an error in the estimate, but the owner , Jim Anderson, took care of the problem at his own expense. All the work was done to my satisfaction. We did run into some problems with what I envisioned , in some areas of the remodel, and the age of my home. It took some problem solving on both sides, but the end result looked great. I get so many compliments about my new kitchen . I would recommend Way Construction to my family and friends.

OMG. If I could give a -100 rating I would because a 1 star is too much for them! Under no circumstances would I ever recommend them to anyone. We recently had a horrible experience with them through Liberty Mutual Insurance. Roof/water damage in November, flooring replaced in March. They started off so nice and sounded sincere, but they are sleazy used car salesmen in disguise. The tile workers installed tile in an unprofessional manner. The tiles were installed unevenly, the grout is the wrong color or missing in spots, there are chipped tiles that were installed, they never seemed to have the knowledge or tools to do the job correctly and they peed in our backyard! It looks like a DIY project gone wrong and these guys are considered professionals! We spoke up right away, but they assured us it would all look great in the end. We spent over a month trying to get things fixed, and then they blamed the bad workmanship on 1)the tile company - even though I have since learned Way knowingly bought seconds but didn't tell us 2)they blamed the uneven tile work on the cement slab - but they didn't level the floor before installing the tile, and never said anything about it being a problem 3)they blamed us because we were interested in saving money and so they said they didn't float the floor because of that, but that's not their job to determine whether we wanted to do that or not since it was important to do the job correctly. They told us the end results look fine and even though 90% of the tile is uneven & the grout is white vs dark brown, we should be able to live with it easily. Luckily, our insurance company fought for us and we were able to leave them behind and go with a new company that specializes in flooring. Of course, it's now May, and we are going through the whole mess of removing tile, installing new tile and being displaced from our downstairs again, but I know it will be done correctly and add to our home's resale value. If you are going through your insurance company, please ask them for a specialist in each area that you need work done. Although Way did a good job with our roofing (or I'm guessing since it's the roof) they know nothing about flooring. We hadn't gone through this before, so the learning process was unfortunate. I wish I had looked at Yelp before hiring them. Their website only has good reviews. Don't add to the anxiety of repairs by hiring crooks. I can't stress this enough, DO NOT HIRE WAY CONSTRUCTION!

This company needs to work on their communication skills and their customer service. They hire great contractors to do the work is the only reason our work turned out so well but the communication was horrific. Don't expect good customer service from this company and that is sad to say because customer service seems to be a thing of the past.

We needed some insurance repairs and some added work at our own expense done in June. AAA Insurance used Way Construction Services. We were told repairs would take 2 weeks, and we figured maybe 6 weeks, but Way Construction took over 3 months because almost ever single step of the work had to be redone or have some sort of correction or repair, some several times! Many days no one showed up at all, or were much later than they told us they were coming.
The work was scheduled to start June 15, and not completed until Sept. 21.
These were the most incompetent people imaginable, and our many phone calls did no good. I will not list here the 7 pages of notes and complaints we sent to AAA about them, but just want to give a warning if you are considering using this company. They had unbelievably bad workmanship and customer service. Three months for a 3-6 week job, but they called the very next day after finishing, wanting to set up a time to get payment. Although one star means ""Methinks not,"" there should be a minus star for Way Construction Services of DeSoto, TX.

Run do not walk from this company. They were hired by USAA insurance company to do a repair on our home. Unbelievable bad workmanship and quality control. I was pressured to sign the check for weeks. Thank goodness I didn't do that or we would had nothing to negotiate with. I have had a lot of work done over the years and never had had such a bad experience with the work and having to deal with rude people.
If a zero star was an option I would choose it.
