Max X.It was slow raining night last nigh. This morning I found upstair restroom vent was slowly leaking water. I looked at it from inside attic and found no leak. The vent is directly up through roof. Likely it is cover issue.
Dean came in wearing sneaker and without shoe cover (today is raining day). There wasn't consultation occurred as he was up on the roof and directly doing the fix. The job took him around 30-40 minutes. Then, Dean asked for $400 for the simple small sealing. I thought it was ridiculous and ended up paying him $200 given it is raining day.
