We recently had a roof put on our cabin after some damage from the storms this last winter. We had some electrical work that needed to be done during the roof installation. Unfortunately, we had a delay with the electrician which caused Warren to have to stop the installation for several weeks in order for the work to be done. They worked with us to stop and then come back after the electrical work was done. Needless to say, them working with us took a lot of stress off of us. I discovered a leak in my skylight during the rainy season and contacted Matt for a quote. He was quick to return my call, came out quickly for an estimate, and had the skylight replaced within a couple weeks. Rainy season is over, so time will tell if I have issues in the future, but the skylight looks great and I feel confident that Matt would stand by his work if any issues did arise.

Wanted to clarify that Matt Warren arranged several contractors for me. Apart from the roof work, I needed a carpenter to build a new window frame right under the roof extension and then trim the new windows. We also needed corresponding dry wall work inside. Matt arranged all of this and was my one stop shop for contracting and billing, which was very helpful and convenient. Naturally this required more coordination with Matt's project manager.

We recently had our roof replaced by Warren Roofing. From the first day, the workers were professional and took their job seriously. They worked during the heat wave and never complained once. Matt was very responsive to my requests and got back to me even with stupid questions. My roof was completed in about a week even though we had to replace our old insulation with plywood. They even repaired a piece of drain which fell before they came to work. I am very happy with their professionalism and am reassured that if I have a problem with my roof in the future, they will come out and fix it.
