I agree with George P! I I have contacted the company for 10 consecutive days, reaching their 'reception team' each time with promises to have someone return my call. I am still waiting to receive a return call to address the issues I am encountering.

Great at the sales pitch, ok for installation even though they use subs not their own crew. But good luck if have a problem with your roof. my roof is just over a year old and has shingles falling off. I have been calling their customer care extension for warranty/leaks for5 days straight. Each time I speak to someone who takes my info down and promises to have someone get in touch. I call daily and get no satisfaction. They are only interested in up front money from installation, after that they don't want to know you. I highly recommend avoiding them for your roofing needs. Also beware that their Solar prices are a rip off. I will give them 2 busin days to try to rectify or at least reach out, after that I will call someone else to repair and sue them for damages , loss, breach of contract and attorney fees.

Walsh roofing completed my new roof within 1 day! I worked with Trey as my sales rep. He was very thorough and had great people skills. Company answered all my questions I had promptly and made the whole process smooth.

They did a stellar job! Full Roof replacement in 1 day! Mitch was our sales person and he took time to send us photos of the roof colors we were interested in on jobs they had recently done, as well as provided advice on choice. Great communication too. Always heard back within a business day with professionalism and warmth. We love our roof and haven't had issues with it this far. Recommend this company highly! They are veteran friendly too!

We were very happy with Walsh Roofing services. They did a wonderful job on our roof replacement and customer service was excellent from start to finish.

Trey arrived to my home at the allotted appointment time with an estimate and explained every layer that would be applied, why they are better than some of their competitors, and the 3 plans they offer.

We selected the middle plan as it fit our budget the best and still had some of the bells and whistles from plan C.

Trey was very helpful with selecting the color and sent me photos of homes they had completed. Something that makes Walsh standout compared to other companies that came to give an estimate is that they work with many different brands of shingles and they recommend which ones work best for you and your environmental situation. We chose Majestic Shake by Pinnacle Pristine. The colors worked perfectly with our home and the stone accents. The job itself was completed in 2 days.

They used a dump truck on wheels so we had no damage to our driveway. Clean up was done very well, minus the fact that the crew forgot to tarp our pool and we had some cleaning up to do in the pool. Derek, who came for final clean up and to collect payment, was very apologetic when I mentioned the issue with the pool and provided a reasonable solution.

Overall, we'll definitely be recommending Walsh Roofing to anyone we know looking to get a new roof. We had heavy rain for 2 days straight after the roof was installed and so far so good!!

We recently replaced our roof with new shingles. We had an excellent experience with Walsh Roofing Services. The salesman, Trey, came to visit. He was very warm, very interested in our problem. He explained our choices of materials with the cost. The crew came, delivered the product, took off old and replaced wood where needed. They did everything in one day. The crew worked hard all day. At the end of the day, the entire job was done to our satisfaction, with all the debris cleaned up and taken away. We are extremely happy and proud of the job well done.

Not only did his crew do a great job replacing our 26 year old roof, Tom was our advocate with the insurance company and was able to get the cost of the roof covered due to the storms that blew through our area last November.
