I retained Wales Roofing in January 2018 to perform a small repair on my roof . Even though it was right after Hurricane Irma, they came right out and gave me an estimate. The job took a couple of months to get scheduled, but they told me that would be the case and it was understandable given the volume every contractor was experiencing at the time.

The repair was performed on one day, and the owner, Frank Wales, personally supervised. The work was professional and the site was left clean. I later met with Frank to discuss what he found and he spent a good amount of time explaining what the problem was and how it was fixed. I am very happy with Wales' work and would use them again.

Initially there was good communication. Due to a cancellation they said they could fit me in 11-30. They were a no show. Later received an email saying scheduling issue and they will be there 12-1. They did show just after sun set. I was told I could expect the estimate in a few days. on 12-11 I reached out via email to see if the estimate was complete. I was told it should be ready by the weekend. On 12-20 I reached out again asking if the estimate was ready. I got another response that all outstanding quotes were being emailed before the weekend. Finally on 1-7-18 (5 weeks) I emailed them again telling them I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication after my home was inspected. I advised them to disregard the quote I was promised, and I will not be using their company for my repair/replacement.
