Actually this company gets '0 ' stars

Do not use this company

Pathetic excuse for a business

No show, not once but twice

Does not answer calls in a timely manner

Makes promises that he never keeps

Leaves a customer in limbo

Flaked on a job and created an inexcusable situation due to his lack of being a professional business owner

Do not use Wagner Roofing, you will regret it

Brian Wagner was initially really responsive. Came out, examined our emergency roof issue, said he could handle the framing issue in addition to the roofing issue (saving us time getting another company out there), and gave us an official bid on our project. Time sensitive issue as damage was impacting the rest of the house. Delays meant potentially $10,000 in damages. He said no problem, he could handle it. Said he would start quickly on Friday (so we stopped looking for other contractors). He was fairly acting texting us back to communicate.

Friday came and went, no response. He ghosted us. Couldn't get a hold of him, wouldn't return calls. My husband, my mother in law, and myself all called the office several times over the course of three weeks trying to get someone, ANYONE from the company to come out and complete the job. The front desk lady sounded bewildered and said she couldn't get a hold of Brian. She said she would contact the owner (James Wagner) of the company. The owner, a relative of Brian supposedly, never returned our call or our Facebook message. Wagner Roofing is trash and extremely unreliable. The owner, as well as Brian Wagner, lack character and ethics. The company/owner won't even own up for their employee/family member and make the situation right. A returned call from either the owner (James Wagner) or Brian Wagner with an apology and a cancellation of the bid/job was never made. Poor form, awful company. Avoid at all costs.

Worst experience with a company I have ever had. Over a year later and still had not completed the work on my house. Work was supposed to take no longer than 2 weeks! First day on the job they threw my satellite dish off the roof into a pile of trash to go to the dump. Nobody knew why it was in a pile of trash to go to the dump-I found it there when I got home from work. Satellite dish dented and would not work after they put it back. I had to call the satellite company for service, they confirmed it would not work due to damage and had to replace it. One week after they replaced the roof on my house, it rained. I experienced leaks, and then more leaks during subsequent rains, and eventually a large leak (filled 2-3 buckets in 15-20 min) that resulted in damage inside my home. My roof never leaked before it was replaced for hail damage. Multiple smaller leaks occurred over a back patio area that took me multiple phone calls over the course of a year to get them to come out and to repair. I was told multiple times that somebody would be right out and weeks and months and multiple phone calls would occur before I would see anyone. Finally get somebody to come out a year later to finish the window work, and the worker he sends out tells me nobody has even ordered the windows yet. Make arrangements with him to repair windows instead of replace them so I can finally be done with them. Supposed to subtract from estimate. Can't make all the window screens all match so they go out and spray paint them black in my yard so they will all match. Two of the major window screens buldge/bow at the top so bad because they don't fit properly and bugs can crawl through the bulging area. Not impressed with quality of work, but glad to be done with them. A month later a guy shows up with a new window he intends to install. Owner can't be bothered to take any of my calls over the past year and always has an employee that calls or shows up to deal with it. Finally get lucky and get the owner on the phone by pure chance and he can't understand why I am upset.Already paid them $10,000. They have damaged my house, damaged my belongings, and done a poor quality of work. Still owe $6200 and owner just hung up on me and told me he would see me in court when asked about subtracting damages from total owed in addition to adjusting for windows. We no longer wish to have anything to do with this company. Nowhere in the contract did he say it would take more than a year to complete and any other reputable company in this town would have had the work completed within a few weeks. I've had two other roofs replaced (one in another home, and another roof on this home) and have never experienced any damage to my home or property, and I have never had a leak afterwords. Nor have I had to continue contacting a company so frequently to get work completed. The number of texts my husband sent Bryan Wagner is (ironically it normally irritates that crap out of me that my husband doesn't delete anything). This doesn't cover the number of calls I made to the business or the conversations we had with the secretary who called periodically wanting to know why we had not paid remaining balance. She on more than one occasion got an earful from my husband and I. See the reviews on his Facebook page. I wish I had before we hired him-I am not the only one who he has done this to.
