I recently ran into an issue with a bad tenant, who unfortunately destroyed my rental property. The place was badly in need of repairs, where I reached out to James to assistance. James responded on the same day, and was able to give me a very reasonable quote within 48 hours (lowest among the quotes that I received from Yelp). The work was able to be initiated within the next week...and while the work took longer than anticipated (due to unexpected repairs, not due to delay from James), it was completed in an excellent manner. James kept me updated the whole time, and tried to resolve difficult issues within reasonable means. He even went above and beyond, where he repaired several additional item free of charge. In the end, he made a difficult situation much better and I really appreciate his help. I now realize the benefit of finding a good, trustworthy contractor, and James will certainly be the first person I call in the future if I have issues.
