Recommended Customer Reviews

We have used W7 on several projects at our lake home. The first project was converting the boat dock from traditional wood flooring to composition flooring. The work was completed in a timely manner and the quality of work was more than acceptable. Approximately 6 months later we notice that the decking was starting to bow on the ends. W7 returned and repaired the problem.
Our next project was to change the 3 boat lifts from overhead to hydraulic. The project was completed in a timely fashion and on budget. Approximately 6 months later we experienced some problems with one of the lifts. W7 reviewed the problem and referred it to the lift manufacturer. A representative from the manufacturer inspected that problem and confirmed that it was a warranty issue and indicated they would order a part from one of their suppliers. This was about three months ago. We have heard nothing from that supplier or from W7 in the last three months.
I have attempted to contact Howard multiple times and left messages. He has yet to return my call. I have attempted several times to set up a meeting with Howard through the W7 office. The office has not responded to my request in 2 weeks.
My experience in getting a W7 warranty issue resolved has been totally disappointing. Howard and his team have failed on customer service. I have tried to explain that receiving bad news is much better than no news at all. It is obvious that neither Howard or his team subscribes to this philosophy.
