I had solar installed by Voltaic over a year ago and everything was fine until I started having problems. About three months ago one of my solar panels quit working and I can't get them to come out and fix it. They keep putting me off and stalling. The construction was fine but communication and service is nonexistent. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

our air conditioner started leaking water in the garage flooding everything including the drywall. We tried calling and texting. They finally responded and said they would come out to make repairs. I left work early to make the appointment but they never showed up and wouldn't answer my phone calls or text messages. Finally two days later they texted and were annoyed that I kept calling. It's now Saturday and still no response 104 degrees. I spent $ 15000.00 with them four weeks ago.

We have owned our home in Lakewood, CA for about 6 years and for the past 2 years we have been looking into solar.
