A couple of these clowns came to our door this evening. They said they were edison employees and wanted to help us with our electric bill. I said no thanks that I would research it first. I did, and they are solar salesmen. I have a ""no soliciting"" sign on my front door for this reason. Deceitful and disrespectful sales tactic. Slam the door in their face if you are unfortunate enough to have to speak with them.

One of your Voltaic salesmen came to my door and told my kids he was from Edison and asked them if their mother or father was home. This really made me mad! Your sales tactics are unethical and I plan to report this. Yes, I have the audio recorded.

Salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. The installation went well installers were very professional. But when it came to city inspection we didn't get notice that same day we received permission to operate from Edison. But, it wasn't until almost 2 weeks that they scheduled us to turn on our solar panels poor communication.

This company uses high pressure sales and misrepresentations to do their business. Their door-to-door sales guy, Andy, implied that the company was representing SCE and the sales guy they sent for the appointment implied that SCE was somehow paying for part of my solar system, neither is true. I signed a contract with them but then canceled within the allowable time. I told them I needed to do more research on solar systems. I never heard from them again. I think once I said I was going to do the research on the equipment and costs they proposed, they knew they did not stand a chance of getting the job. Before you sign up with Voltaic talk with other solar installers and make sure you get the whole story and completely understand what you are getting and who you are doing business with.

This company has questionable sales practices, at best. Door-to-door salesman came to my house even though I'm on my city's ""Do Not Knock"" registry. A sticker is displayed on our front door stating so. He did not have a permit from the city, which is legally required in our town (which would have also given him a list of addresses he can't stop by), but evermore important than that, at first he made it seem like he represented a utility company then like he was part of a consumer advocacy/political group until I started to further question him about his company name and purpose. I reported him and the company to our local police department, which is in charge of issuing citations against businesses who practice this way.

Annoying salesman. Please teach your door to door salesman to read the ""no soliciting signs"" and to respect people's privacy. Starts off acting like they aren't salesman to get your attention only to turn into a typical sales pitch. They had three people walking around my property. WTF. Thank you for waking up my child coming to my door and ringing my doorbell with a sign directly above it that says ""please no soliciting.""

It's been a good experience with Volataic, David has been very helpful. He came to our house, reviewed our usage and helped us figure out how many solar panels we'd need. He even helped us as we took many days to go through the details and decide if this was right for us. Once we made the final decision we were up and running within a month. David was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. He even helped us get some roof tiles fixed that were damaged during installation.

I have been exploring solar options for about a year now and when Voltaic dropped by and gave us a run down I was hooked! Great honest company with a lot of perks! Lisa came in and gave us the overview of how things would work and we agreed that it sounded like a good option so we took the leap and have not regretted it thus far. About a week or so we got our quite cool attic fan that has worked wonders and today they are installing solar panels. I am happy about my decision to go with Voltaic and the wonderful service they have provided!

My wife and I searched for this company after learning how much less we might pay after getting solar. We set up an appointment, got our monthly price, asked our questions and signed the documents. Install was completed and we had the Permission to Operate within 30 days.

We are doing good 4-5 stars so far.

I would leave it there but... Today day 31 I find out this was a solar purchase through a loan company that was not disclosed.

I give 2 stars since this important piece of information was not offered at the initial meeting. If Lisa hadn't been so helpful it would only be 1 Star
