I am very happy with Vision Roofing and the work they did replacing our tile roof (the underlayment). Ben came out and did a good job of estimating the work to be done. There were no unforeseen problems or added costs. The workers came on time and cleaned up daily. The underlayment, tiles and solar panels were removed and replaced on a timely manner. The contract had enough detail so I could understand the work to be performed. I should mention that Vision's bid was the lowest of 3 bids I obtained. Ben was honest and did what he said he would do. Vision Roofing was recommended by a family friend and I would also recommend them.

Our insurance company required us to replace our 3,000 sq ft roof in Monrovia. We contacted 6 different companies to have the work done and Ben Elbaz at Vision Roofing provided a very competitive bid. We had them do the work, which required removing 3 old layers of roofing and installing plywood where needed. They had a great crew that did an excellent job from start to finish. Ben's quote was the least expensive (although all were in range) and his office is local. His crew was able to come out the next day to fix the roof section above the rotted eave. They did a great job: shingles removed up to the ridge, new plywood, new underlayment, and also replaced and primed the damaged wood members. Will call him for the next project.

Vision Roofing did a tremendous job on our two story house. Ben came out quickly to view the house that I inherited. The roof was badly damaged after many years of neglect. Ben gave a timely estimate that beat the cost of the others (not by much) but what sold me on Vision Roofing was that they're honest. Ben replaced only the underlying structure that actually needed to be replaced, he never oversold, was truthful and forthright, did not pull any last minute change orders, completed the job on time, pulled the permits and had all the inspections done, provided me with all the paperwork, and cleaned up the job site thoroughly. Who could ask for more?

And, because I am a woman, so many contractors feel like they can take advantage of me, but Ben was totally respectful and discussed the job at hand like I was the knowledgeable person that I am. It was a pleasure from start to finish, and he is now reroofing another inherited property of mine. You can trust Vision Roofing from start to finish.

A month looking for a roofer to do specific small repairs was getting me guys with much bigger ambitions. When I found Vision Roofing, Ben Elbaz also had to make it something bigger, but his suggested ""Complete roof tune up and service entire roof"" did make sense. With rainy season on the way, here was my best option. It's done, our roofs appear ready for some weather.

Weeks later, things have taken a turn. Still happy with the roof work. Ben's business card lists more services, and we had discussed new windows. He said that Mike would be out to collect info on that. When Ben texted a few days later, the technician was now Jose, and he'd be here in about 25 minutes. It was more like 2 minutes, but just moments before arrival Ben texted again to ask how many windows I want to replace. An curious question with very peculiar timing, because that's what Jose (or whoever) is coming to find out and here he is now. While Jose sat in his car for some time, windows up, I got a sense that things were a bit off. He spent maybe a half hour measuring, taking notes. He said that he gathers information, Ben is in charge when install time comes. Our windows are sad, decaying wood. Jose reached over to one and broke a good-sized chunk from the frame. I didn't appreciate that. Eventually he made an unexpected offer - a couple windows that were ordered wrong size, which I could probably use and save a lot of money... but I had to promise not to tell Ben about this or else Jose may lose his job. I commented that Ben would find out when it was time to install them, and Jose didn't have an answer ready. He skipped past that point and asked for my promise. And Jose is a big guy. OK, Jose, I won't say anything, and I'll let you know next week if I want those 2 windows. Ben never called me back in a couple of days. Jose never called next week. It was a clumsy setup. No idea here what motivated it. If you want some questionable behavior along with your roofing, Ben is the man.

We've had fog, drizzle, finally the first significant rain fell about 6 weeks after ""Complete roof tune up and service entire roof"".
And the roof leaks.

First things first, Ben is the man. My wife and I bought our first home and my good friend recommended me Ben to redo our roof. He came out shortly after our phone conversation, he went and inspected our roof, showed and explained to us the problems and gave us an honest quote. He explained his scope of work in detail and we completely understood when and how things will get done.

The job was completed in such a short period of time. They removed 3 layers of the previous roof! Ben has a SOLID team and they get things DONE. There was a whole crew on our roof putting in hard work. The job was done clean, high quality and efficiently. They left my home as clean as it was before the job. The only difference, a new beautiful roof!

My wife and I are extremely happy with the end result. I highly recommend contacting Ben for your next Roofing project.

It wasn't even a roofing issue!!!

We had water dripping from the ceiling of our rental property. Given all the rain this month (plus the fact that is was raining when our tenant contacted us,) I figured it was 50/50 that it was the roof.

Every other roofing company wanted to book me out for an estimate 3-4 weeks from now. Ben (Vision Roofing) was on the scene within 20 minutes! He looked at everything, and determined it was plumbing, not a week link in the shingle-work.

Such a stellar guy! Prompt, courteous, and professional. When I DO have a roofing issue, I'm definitely calling on Vision Roofing. I've forwarded his contact to all my friends/family/colleagues who also have multiple rental properties.
