I am an absentee landlord and contacted Vision Roofing and was able to handle the entire proposal and work request via email. My tenant was very helpful and agreeable to handing out the checks at the right time and giving them access etc. I had several other quotes for a refurbished tile roof, Dave's was not only the best price but he was the most attentive and consistently did what he said he would do. Some other contractors never responded, two others were not only higher but didn't seem that interested in the roof. Vision started the work exactly when they said they would and completed the job AND cleaned up very nicely. The roof looks fabulous and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The desert had a large rain storm go thru right after they completed the job so I free it was a great test as it had leaked last winter with all the rain.

I just had Dave and his crew redo my 1970's flat roof with foam. I got 4 estimates prior to selecting Vision and am very pleased with my choice. I must add that they were actually the 2nd highest estimate but Dave was open to working with me and we made a deal. I had a good feeling with him and they did not disappoint.

Another reason I picked them was scheduling. We were due a big heat wave and Dave said that the crew could get on it immediately and boy, did they. I signed the contract on Tuesday, they began on Thursday and finished on Friday! All this worked out great because the following Monday was 121 degrees - I shit you not!! The roof looks beautiful with a sparkly white reflective coating and it comes with a 10 year warranty which, incidentally, was 2 years longer than any of the other bidders.

Excellent experience. Called Vision, Dave the owner of the business got right back to me. Came out to my home that day. We checked out my 17 year old flat roof. He told me my roofing options... I selected the foam application process (I highly recommend it) and it was completed within the week. Very professional. My roof is beautiful.
