I work for a commercial roofing company. When we get calls from people requesting residential roofing, we always refer them to Steve at Visalia roofing. Steve put a new roof on my dad's house and did an amazing job, fixing the leak that had been present at the skylight ever since they had purchased the house. As for the negative comments from people about the wait during the rainy season, I can tell you that Steve is not lying when he says they are busy and will try to get back with you. We have had people call us during the rain and want someone out immediately, but usually we have to tell them we are a few weeks out on getting someone to help them. Everyone calls during the rainy season and it's usually first come, first served, so there will be a wait list with nearly ever roofer that you call.

More importantly based on our discussion about the scope of work I was confident that it would be done correctly and within budget. We were flexible about scheduling as our's was a smaller job and I expected Steve would have larger projects in the height of Summer, but it was still done in a timely manner. His crew was exemplary - they showed up on time, respected our property, cleaned up at the end of each day and got the job done quickly.

We were lucky enough to hear about Visalia rooking through a friend. They were wonderful! A little tough to get a hold of at first, but worth the wait. They were top notch, courteous and very clean about their work. Big job and they cleaned up every evening and were back again first thing the next morning. Not a single nail or speck of debris left behind. Our roof looks fantastic! I will definitely be using them again in my next home.

Called on Nov 4 looking for roof repairs on my mobile home, specifically on the east side. Told that they were very busy due to recent rains and hoped to call back on Nov 9. No calls received so far, more rain due.
Suppose if this was request do reroof, call back would have been made.
