This roofing company has no respect for the apartment tenants that live in the complex that they are doing the roofing job on. They park in tenants parking spots. With no care in the world and when you do say something they act like they didn't know you are waiting for them to move out of your parking spot and they talk back and act like they want to fight you. When you call the telephone number on the side of the work truck they don't answer and when they do they say its the wrong number.. please do not hire this roofing company so you don't have to deal with the same problem as they are giving me..

Victor was excellent to work with. The job was silicone on a flat roof. Victor's estimate was that the roof was sound and only needed to recoat/sealed with a silicone layer. Other estimates offered were $12K - $18K for total replacement even after I told them the roof did not leak. I could hear them testing the roof by walking to different areas to check the roof by walk heavily/stomping in the suspected areas.
Even after check the roof's condition the recommendations were total roof replacement for a one layer roof.
Victor thank you, no high pressure/no hard sell. Had pictures before/after. The cost was reasonable and the work is done.
