Would never refer this company to anyone. After Harvey the company knocked off heater exhaust vent while doing roof. So all winter long carbon monoxide was being put in the air. Contacted Theresa and she prolonged and asked how it was their fault.. Finally after getting a attorney involved. They sent over a guy who fixed the issue. This took nearly a month. Never would of known it was off if I didn't have my yearly a.c. inspection. Mean while, a heavy rain came, and I noticed in the spare bathroom new water leaks. I contacted Vincent Roofing once again, and Theresa has given the worst service and run around. I have called numerous times, and they say someone is going to come and they will be calling to schedule a appointment. They have yet to call. I call once a week because they have not called me. It is excuse after excuse.. It has been over a month and a constant battle. Still not fixed, and rainy season is approaching. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The girls in the office are very unprofessional and never do what they say!

I contacted Vincent's Roofing and requested an estimate after they assessed my roof's condition. It involved the flashing along one of the dormers upstairs allowing a leak into a 1st floor ceiling area.
Their crew repaired the area with the needed roofing material in a prompt manner.
* After Harvey, I again contacted Vincent's for another repair and was scheduled. On that day, the workers never showed up. Finally called them to learn there had been a breakdown of some kind.
It would be nice to inform the customer so that they don't take the day off from work & just sit there !!
Still no communication about a reschedule date. I am getting more dissatisfied as they seem to have put me at the end of their list. When anyone asks about roofers, Vincent's will be at the very bottom of my list.

We have a 16 year metal roof with a metal chimney from our wood stove. With a boot around the chimney we had a leak. Vincent's replaced our boot, but with the next rain our leak remained. Vincent's repair crew and the company stood with us and resolved our leak by changing the flashing style at our chimney roof connection. We are very pleased with their service!

had leak from home roof to roof over deck called business and got quote. 2 months later and 4 visits and job was done. I think as it has not really rained much since last visit from the fully qualified and professional staff. office ppl will not return calls when leaving messages for them to do so./ called and asked to speak to owner and was never called back. stay away very far away from these ppl and you will be happier.
