I researched a lot of roofing companies, and we really wanted Vincent Roofing because of the solid reviews on Yelp. We did have to wait a bit to get the work started due to scheduling, but WOW! THEY ARE WORTH THE WAIT! They were so communicative throughout the entire process as well, which we so appreciate. They did the demo work on a Sunday, and were done in a week, and that's including some additional work that needed to be done that was revealed when they took out our old roof. All these years, one of our bedrooms used to feel like a sauna during the late Spring and Summer, and a refrigerator in the Winter, and our garage was the same. They told us that, basically, there was a layer that was missing all this time. It sounds like the people who owned the house before us had cut corners. After the roof was completed, we experienced this strange heat wave last week, and we noticed that the bedroom and garage that used to have temperature issues now feel completely normal, and the whole house stayed cool throughout the day. My husband had also opted for the reflective shingles that help keep the house cool as well. We are so happy with the work they've done and will recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and workmanship of Vincent. They replaced my 36 year old tar and gravel roof with beautiful shingles to include dry rot repair, gutters and down spouts and facia boards. They took no payment until the roof was completely done and we're very patient in describing the scope of work and ongoing progress.

Don and his crew were great, he came out to identify a leak we've had for quite a while and repaired some roof vents that were starting to rust, all for a very reasonable price. If I could give Vincent roofing 10 stars I would. Don is a honest, responsible and friendly roofer that I will definitely use again and recommend to all my friends and family. Don even went out of his way to identify another leak and remove 10-20 tiles in the process to see if there were any broken tiles,Amazing service!

I don't know how many people I called to get a quote for getting a new roof, but it was a lot. We went with Vincent Roofing because they came in under budget and even helped us install a sunlight tube without an insane extra charge like other companies. EVERYONE that we were in contact with at this company was such a pleasure to work with. The guys working on the roof seemed happy doing their job and that says a lot. As they left, our yard was clean and our house was made to look so different...such a great job. 2 days and 2 hours of work, was a great experience. I highly recommend Vincent Roofing!

We had a roof leak, Don came by in a few hours and helped us fix our leak. He may have been a little on the pricier side but i think the quick and friendly service was worth it.

Vincent Roofing just completed replacing my roof and it looks great. Son Don jr was very polite and clear on what was going on during the process. They cleaned up after themselves and even installed new vents. I received 3 bids and Vincent Roofing offered a great package. Job was completed in 2 days. I highly recommend using this company for roofing repairs or replacements. They work with your schedule and from my observation they are experts at what they do.

Just got my roof replaced by Vincent Roofing last week. They did a great job at a fair price. One of the things I was surprised and happy about was their clean up everyday. After the first day when they torn off the old roof they cleaned litterally cleaned and swept everything including all the leaves on my side yard and pretty much the entire surroundings of my house. They called me ever evening to give updates since I wasn't ever able to be there while they were working. Don Vincent was kind and informative with any questions I had during the process and exceeded my expectations.

We have worked with this exemplary company in the past, so that is why we recently contacted them to have our roof, gutters and downspouts replaced. They did an outstanding job from the beginning to the end of the process. Don, the owner, and his crew were readily available to answer our questions. The crew members were all professional and friendly, worked efficiently, and cleaned up every day. It took three days to complete the project. I had several missing asphalt roofing tiles missing from my roof.
Don came over to provide an estimate.
Don was excellant & professional, he discussed my options, prepared & emailed me the estimate I needed for my insurance claim the next day.
I give Vincent Roofing a 5 Stars Rating X 2 or 3!

On the other end of Customer Service experience: My Insurance company offered nothing except to challenge every estimate to pay out as little on my roof & fallen fence damages.

We spent quite a bit of time investigating roofing and roofers. We finally narrowed our options to three companies. Among these, Vincent stood out as our top choice. This was partly due to the fact that our brother-in-laws' Heating and Sheetmetal business had worked with and for Vincent for years and vouched for their professionalism, quality and integrity. I had a pretty good idea what our new roof should cost and Vincent's bid was right in line.

Vincent worked around the weather constraints and got our roof on in the first available window. They were, in fact, very professional. We knew what to expect each day. They cleaned up each day so it looked like they hadn't even been there. Their gutter crew came up with some ingenious designs to tie the downspouts into our dedicated drainage pipes, while still allowing us access to clean the pipes out if we need to.

We're quite pleased with the finished product. We highly recommend Vincent based on the job they did for us.
