Our patio collapsed in March of this year due to the weather and it took nearly three months to find someone willing to come out and take a look. Some contractors do not deal with fallen patio. After we got our initial estimate from Victor, we ran into another issue with our insurance. Victor was very patient with us and after another month we started the process. They tore down our collapsed patio, took away the debris, built the new patio, installed new fans and wirings, all within one week time. Very please with the pricing and work done on our patio. These guys are hardworking and awesome people. I had to tell them to enjoy the holiday and take the day off work. We recently had more solar panels added to our existing solar and if it was not for Victor's electrician, we wouldn't have known the new panels were not turned on. I would recommend these guys to everyone. Very trustworthy and honest people. Thank you for working on our home.

We wanted to do a little modification to our kitchen. The process was easy, communicated easily through text or phone call. Easy to discuss plans and options and they were able to get our job done faster than expected. Victor was an honest guy and made us feel comfortable during the construction process. Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone I know. We got work on tile backsplash removed, shiplap, dry wall replaced, cabinets moved over, granite cut and new oven replaced. I hired Victor to extend our driveway, add cement to the side and back of the house, and build a big patio. Due to this rainy season, we had to wait for a dry day to prep and pour the cement. We got lucky and got two days of no rain in a row for this to happen. They prepped on a Friday and returned the next day to pour the cement. The newly poured and swept cement looked beautiful! About 4 days later, when we got another break from the rain, Victor and his crew returned to build the patio frame. It passed inspection the next morning, and they started working to finish the patio roof that same afternoon. Victor and his team work hard and are efficient. The patio was finished in two days! I was super impressed with how quickly they got it done.

Unfortunately, they newly poured cement, which was less than a week old when the patio was built, had lots of surface scratches due to the equipment and general walking with work boots. This is my only regret, that we didn't wait a bit longer to start the patio. The trade-off is, we have a wonderful patio that kept us dry from the rain that started again soon after the patio was completed.

Overall, I am very pleased with how our cement and patio turned out. We have a great outside space to shield us from winter rain and summer heat; I know we'll get lots of use out of this. Victor was responsive to my texts and answered all of my questions completely (and I ask a lot of questions). I appreciate his honesty and suggestions. I am glad I decided to hire Victor and his team for this big job. It turned out great! Thank you, Victor and crew!
