Villareal & Son Roofing is a family-run roofing company in Barstow, CA. Since 1965, we have provided services across the High Desert and Southern California for all types of roofing needs, including residential, commercial, and industrial.

Founded in 1965 by Rudy Villareal Sr., the company began as a part-time venture while he was employed as a fireman at the Marine Corps Logistic Base in Barstow. It grew into a full-time enterprise over the years, making it one of the pioneering minority-owned businesses at that time. Over the years, we have transitioned from providing basic residential services to managing substantial contracts for government and state entities. Though Rudy Sr. is no longer with us, his legacy continues through his son and now his grandson since 2024 marks the year his grandson took over. We remain a locally owned and family-operated business, dedicated to our community. We prioritize our customers and ensure every home or business receives the care it deserves because the health of our community is vital to us. It is this dedication that has kept us thriving since 1965.
