I don't know how they perform now. Used them many years ago and did a good job. Called them to do more repairs in early March, they came out gave me a quote and said they were super busy but would get me scheduled for early April. Started calling about April 10 to follow up but could only get a ""two more weeks"" story. I called today to cancel because I found a contractor who would give me a firm date and all of a sudden the manager wanted to talk. Too little too late.

I had a roof leak. I called and had an assessment done. He explained where the leak was and the process of the repair. The cost was very reasonable. The team, all those who I came in contact with including the office personnel, Jolene, is professional, friendly and courteous.
My roof is repaired, no more leaks. My daughter also had a leaking roof fixed by this company.She recommended this company to me. I'm a very happy customer. I will definitely recommend Villareal Roofing.

They were very competitive and Gilbert came across as honest and professional. They are finishing up our roof project today and I am very pleased with the quality of service and professionalism of the entire company. The crew was hard working and respectful of our home as they tore off the entire roof and patio roof to replace. They went out of their way to ensure we are completely satisfied with the outcome.
