Julie P.Warning-this contractor will steal and lie and not complete the work she agreed upon. She consistently asked for draws and was more than 40% over budget until we could finally cut her loose. She lied about paying the engineer, and even he was asking for his money. She will threaten to pull permits until she gets what she wants. She and her crew stole thousands of dollars of flood lights and a bathroom vanity!
