Villa Truss produces trusses for roofs and floors in California's northern region. In addition, we provide I-joist products, structural hardware, crane operations, and timber trusses.

We are here to assist you with preliminary truss design and fully signed and stamped truss calculations as needed for building department plan submittal.
Villa Truss was established as a small truss yard two decades ago in Tracy. After a few years, we relocated to Lodi.
Currently, Villa Truss operates a large indoor manufacturing facility for trusses and headquarters in Lodi.
We provide bids for truss engineering and manufacture products for customers in the Central Valley, Bay Area, Gold Country region, and Sacramento regions.
Trusses can be delivered to plate-line if reachable, using our 65-foot truck and trailer along with an 81-foot crane.
Our sales team has an average experience of 20 years in the truss sector. The design staff keeps their education current in building technology through ongoing education.
We are members of the Wood Truss Council and is involved with the WTCA Northern California chapter.

Cali S.Unprofessional bunch of liars, deceits and crooks working there. Very shady and illegal billing practices and ad hoc, made up business policies none of which is written on paper, whatever suit them to hide their mistakes. Make sure you read your contract before signing anything with them, especially when it comes to price lumber hikes, contract cancellation and deposit refund policies. Do not recommend! Save the pain look somewhere else. Another truss company in Mountain Ranch beat their bid by $10,000. So there are cheaper companies out there with better business practices.
