Valeriy, owner of VIK, personally came to the project site to meet with me. A pleasant man. After measuring and looking over the project, Valeriy clearly explained the materials needed, how soon he could start the project, and the price. His price was comparable to other bids I received. The deciding factor in choosing VIK was the amazing warranty and presentation of the timeline!
His crew came in and immediately got to work. They completed the roof in a day and a half. VIK also installed 7 inch rain gutters around the perimeter of the facia. When the job was completed, the crew cleaned the grounds of their debris.

We hired Valeriy Khrystov back in 2021 when a storm ripped off our gable fascia. Valeriy came and provided us with 2 options. Either have him reinstall it for about $600 or completely redo the whole roof.
We chose to move forward with the roof replacement.

We have been in this home for 5 years and have never had an issue with the roof.

Our roof looks in terrible shape in comparison to our neighbors. The trim he installed around the roof is a completely different color than the existing trim. We were not presented with an option to have it match. Additionally, the wood trim on the side of the house are not aligned with the existing trim, so the new wood hangs much lower than the old ones.
We were also told the wood trim on the side of the house came primed and ready to install, but the boards now have completely split and need to be replaced.

Since our roof has been replaced, we have had 3 major roof leaks. Valeriy had to lift our A/C unit 1 inch to properly install the new roof. He states our roof is leaking because of our old A/C unit, but the unit was here prior and we had no issues. We have had a few estimates recently and the Roofers said it does not matter how old or new an A/C unit is, if the roof is leaking it is Valeriy's job to fix it.

Valeriy says there is no longer anything he can do to resolve the issue. Our invoice says we have a 3 year warranty on labor, but that does not seem to cover our particular case.

It was our hope to support a local small business, but in this case we are much worse off than we were before so unfortunately, I cannot provide a positive recommendation for his business.
