We were so impressed by the constant customer service, updates on our project before, during, and after the work started. They have also exceeded our expectations with their craftsmanship and we're very pleased with the results. I'm so happy we finally have a good ""go-to"" contractor. Outstanding family run business that delivers everything they promise. They replaced our entire roof in less than 2 days. Joey communicated with us during the entire process and personally walked the yard and driveway himself to clear out the nails. Great great company to work with for replacing our roof. Joey helped us through the whole process and everything was seamless. They replaced our whole roof in one day, for a 3,600sf house. The whole process was extremely stress free even with having solar panels and working around that process. You will not be disappointed.

Recently had our roof replaced by Vidal Construction. I was one of those procrastinators because our neighborhood had been struck hard and we have solar panels. Joey was very very patient with us and walked us step by step through the project. He coordinated the entire process for us and I was so relieved that we were able to complete on time. His team was very professional and very conscientious with any debris and he even came by personally post completion with his son to make sure none was left behind. In light of last night's storm. They found a couple of issues, pointed them out to me and fixed them - actually upgrading our roof in the process. I am writing an update to my previous review on Vidal Construction. After speaking with April, the office manager I found out that she was not made aware of my dissatisfaction from the project manager about my job. April brought the issue to Mr. Vidal's (the owner) attention. He personally came out to my home to assess the situation. He acknowledged that the work that was done was unacceptable & apologized profusely. In addition, he told me that the crew that was sent out to do my repairs were a new sub-contractor that Vidal Const. had hired who promised they could ""hang the moon"" so he gave them a chance. I guess folks will say anything to land a job. He then recruited the best of the best flooring and drywall crew and sent them out to my home to re-do the work. Needless to say, I am VERY satisfied. These guys were professional, hard working, knowledgeable, prepared & cleaned up after themselves. They knocked out the project in no time & it looks fantastic! Vidal Construction has completely redeemed themselves in my book. I've changed my rating to 5 stars because they deserve it. Mr. Vidal takes his business very seriously. Unfortunately he was deceived to by the original subcontractors about their abilities, skills & experience. His company gave them an opportunity & they failed. They couldn't follow thru on their promises but Mr. Vidal did. He promised complete satisfaction and that's what I got in the end. I'm glad everything worked out like it did. It's good to know that this business owner wasn't just in it for the money & I wasn't ""just another job."" His name is on the company & he clearly takes great pride in that.

Vidal was recommended through the website USAA so we thought they would be reputable. We had a roof leak which ran into the house and exited though light switch.
First of all the estimator, was the best part of the experience and was timely. After this it went all pear shaped! The official estimate took a couple of weeks to get to us. We wanted a change made to the included items before the work started which took another couple of weeks. And the rain keeps coming! We were given a date and time for the work to begin which was 10 days later, but it was raining! Mr. Vidal came by with his technician to schedule another day and time. Great we thought, but the workers were a no call no show. After another phone call, another appointment was made and once again the workers were a no call no show. And the rain keeps coming! My husband was able to rig a system to drain out the water but where were the professionals? After 2 months had passed we gave up on Vidal and called Roof Fix. The estimate and repair was completed in 3 days!

My roof needed to be prepared after the April hail storm. I contacted Vidal Construction about the repairs and was immediately impressed with the responsiveness and willingness to accommodate around my schedule. Joey (the project manager) educated me on the process and offered to be around while the adjuster did the inspection to ensure all damage had been documented. After finalizing the details Joey coordinated the removal of my solar panels and scheduled my roof repair. Throughout the whole process Joey and team remained in close contact and updated us every step of the way. The team came in, completed the project ahead of schedule and made sure all debris had been removed. Joey followed up after the next rain storm to ensure there were no issues and made himself available in the event any issues did arise. This company is attentive and customer service oriented. Thoroughly impressed with the team. I highly recommend contacting Vidal Construction if you need your roof repaired!

I cannot say enough about Vidal Construction. We used them to replace our roof after the recent hail storm. The customer service and workmanship we received was top notch. They handled everything for us from the roof, to the gutters, to assistance with removing our solar panels. They also worked with the insurance company on our behalf. Our project manager, Joey Vidal, was amazing. He and the office manager brought all explanations down to a level of understanding, as insurance lingo and procedures can be very confusing at times. The communication was outstanding. There has also been continual follow-up after the completion of the job, including after recent heavy rains, to ensure we had no leaks in the attic or other issues. I highly recommend Vidal Construction! You won't be disappointed.
