First off trying to locate a business to come by to give you an estimate is difficult to come by here in the IV. After a few weeks searching I stumbled upon this business. The son came & was actually prepared with a ladder to go up the 2nd story. Yup I actually had roofers come unprepared but that's for another review.
Arrived within his 15 min appt and said he would have an estimate within a few days & as promised he came thru.
We're part of a joined roof with our neighbor & he too had his deck checked out as well.
It was decided to have Lozanos Roofing redo our deck roof & we were not disappointed as he (the father, also Mr Lozano) came through with the time frame & pretty close to the estimate. It was later decided after the tear out that more wood was needed therefore the amended estimate. We understood that going into it as there was already some rain & wind damage.
The job took 5 days and after each day his workers picked up every single piece of trash that was dropped before leaving for the day.
I would absolutely recommend Lozano Roofing as they were timely, within budget & all their workers were cordial from beginning to end of job.
