On 7/27/22 Victor replaced/installed an adhesive membrane and lead flashing (24"" wide by 25 feet long) over my living room roof that had previously been blown off during a major winter storm. He used caulking as the glue between the membrane and lead flashing. Given the recent storms with heavy rainfall and winds during the past several months, I'm pleased to report that the lead flashing is securely in place and there is no water leaks as of this date, 1/5/23. Victor is a very competent and experienced roofer. I definitely would use him again if any new roof repairs are required.

Victor is a professional roofer and a business man to work with. He is honest and knowledgable, I felt comfortable trusting his work. He showed me photos of the main damaged ridge area and one another shingle that was missing. Also mentioned that the gutter is full and needs to be cleaned soon. To be honest, I've met 2 other roofers for the quotes and those two didn't catch the one missing shingle and the gutter!!!!

I appreciate Victor's skills on the attention to detail, time management and professionalism.

Victor came over to our condo complex to check our flat roofs before all of the rain hit. Perfect timing! He let me know that we had a couple of questionable spots that needed attention. He was able to fix the issues that same day which was awesome! I felt really good knowing that he checked out our roof and fixed the issues before the rain came. He's here again today working on a neighbors roof and was nice enough to check in with me to make sure we didn't have any issues since he was here last. While he was up there, he rechecked our's to make sure we are good. I highly recommend Victor A. Lopez for all of your roofing need's!
