This window business is ""BAD"" NEWS! I needed windows, and a Vezina Industries was the company that my wife and I chose to use. After being paid 20K to have all our windows replaced, it went down hill from there. Long story short; Today is 12/10/24 and our bathroom shower window (42""x 42"") in my master bedroom was left unfinished and unusable. The framing was left open and exposed with caulk sprayed everywhere. I attempted on multiple occassions to make contact with the person who was responsible for the repairs, to no avail. This issue has been going on since August 2024.

We received a quote in our windows within 3 days of our request and windows were installed before the date they stated. The crew that installed our windows were friendly and professional and our entire house windows were installed in one day! If I could give a 10 star rating I would!

I bought two patio doors and 4 windows from this company. They then installed a new fireplace. The last time I needed them was to fix a handle on the aforementioned door. The technician showed up late and couldn't wait 30 seconds for me to buzz him in from the security gate. He left with no word. I called and complained. They sent him back out and that's when every customers worst nightmare happened. They told me they were mask compliant. When the tech got here I let him in the backyard. My 3 kids were doing their school work. I noticed the tech wasn't wearing a mask and asked him to put one on. That's when he came at me in an attempt to assault me. I immediately went inside as he left not having fixed anything. I called his manager ""Rick"" and he was not friendly towards me at all. He made excuses for his tech and offered no apology. I haven't felt safe or slept well since. I had to file a police report and go to therapy. Now when anyone comes to the house I'm anxious and packing. It's a pure nightmare and I won't ever trust another maintenance person again. Needless to say you can do a lot better than this company. It's taken me a while to write this review because a fellow veteran at Vezina came and took care of my door finally. Only because of him did I leave it alone but you folks aren't safe. I think they hire ex-cons. Be safe. Don't use this company.

I had windows A/C & heating and solar installed by Venzina industries last year, I cannot say that it went well, signed the contract late October 2021 and was told it would be completed by the middle of January 2022.the A/C & heat pump came first. installation seemed to go well, but they never hooked up the roof drains for the A/C unit, then the heater started shutting itself off before the setpoint. When I called they sent someone out and took care of it and thru the summer the A/C worked fine. now it is cold again and the heater has failed for the second time in six weeks, Called my rep with no responses as of yet.
Next was the windows, I am not an expert at installing windows and i actually did not notice that when they installed them they did not remove the trim around the window frame and installed the windows to the trim, so if i ever have to replace the trim or replace the siding on my home I will have to remove the windows.
Then the solar finally came and that took until May to get completed and the monitoring App I was directed to put to my phone still won't work. also when we negotiating the contract I requested a larger electrical panel for future use and was told that they would split part of the added cost. When the electrician arrived to install it, they said the full cost was my responsibility adding a bit more than 3K to the total
Now it is a year later and the heat pump that I was supposed to get a rebate on for removing my pellet stove has never been completed despite calling and talking to my rep about it on3 separate occasions, I have not confirmed it but i am fairly sure the rebate has expired by now.
I guess it is live and learn on this one because i had to pay them before completion in order to get the federal rebate on the solar last year, because shortly after payment they stopped trying to complete this job.

I purchase windows for my home in 2018. As time went by we noticed a draft inside. Very hot in summer and very cold in summer. My heating and air conditioning bills where sky high. I called to have the shop department @ Vezina to come and see that my windows had condensation inside in the winter. Got nowhere to make a long story short...finally March 2022 all the windows needed to be replaced. after all the repairs I noted a huge difference in the temperature inside my home. I haven't used the portable heaters since the repairs. There was no installations on any of the windows and the window seals in between the windows was defective... For 3 years I had sky high energy bills. Still waiting on the owner to respond to some kind of reimbursement. I may have rated them better if the owner would have contact me with some kind of compensation for the last three years of high energy bills and no response from the shop department on my constant complaints.

If you are thinking about using this company, don't. Run away and find another. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and are dishonest.
We had an appt with gabby to come out to measure for an insert. She called me after being almost 15 min late saying she couldn't find it. I gave her specific instructions on where to locate us.
I then get a text that no one answered the door and she was leaving. I was right there and no one rang the bell. I texted her back and she said she already left. I told her she went to the wrong place and she confirmed where she went and yes it was wrong.
I called the office to complain and they called me back saying she went to wash her car and could come now to measure. WTH? She was late, couldn't find it after basically drawing her a mao, and then find out she left to wash her car instead of trying to complete her appt.
Try central distributing, prices are comparable and less attitude and more reliable

We had our windows replaced and we are very happy! The windows are high quality for a good price. The crew was very professional and very clean. I will definitely be using them for other projects in the future. Very happy with the work!

Working with Vezina Industries was very professional, great communication and smooth process. From working with Louie, he was a great salesman. He explained everything to me from the product to the finance process. Louie was great. Than Troy came out measure all the windows and explained what to expect in time frame. The female representative that would call to schedule appointments was nice and polite. She answered my questions promptly with no hesitation. Installation day, Sergio, Gary and Jose where here on time, very nice guys, they were ready to work. Help remove some blinds I couldn't take off and shades. They went straight to worked and before you know it, they were done. They put back my blind brackets, clean up all the mess and dust. It was like magic, windows installed and ready to enjoy with no mess. Thank you guys. I'll be calling back in few months to get my front windows installed. Great price and job all around.

If I could give more stars I would they made a terrible situation into a livable situation from first contact with Barry to the actual crew that came to install the installation they were awesome very friendly communicated all details very efficient and left the place clean I just don't know what other words to give other than if you need their services use these guys thank you so very much

Look elsewhere if you want windows!!! This place is not worth you're money!! If there was a zero, I would rate it that!!! Overpriced and underserved!! Bad customer service.
We have a 35 year old house with single panel windows and big windows. I chose Vezina Industries because they have a Forever Warranty on the life of the windows. That means that even if I no longer live in the home or own it, the next owners can carry on the warranty. (The only good thing) A total of 16/17 windows and two sliding doors were replaced in my home. We signed the sale contract in October, the men didn't come out until December to install. They said I wouldn't have to start paying my loan until 3 months after installment. So because they were two months late in installment I had penalties and late charges for late payments on my loan for the windows. When they came to install, my kitchen window, which is a garden window, they couldn't replace it. So they ended up giving me money back for that window and leaving their window never returning to pick it up. My sliding doors open and close smoothly but the screen doors were missing the tracks so they didn't slide open and close smoothly nor do they lock correctly. They have the worse customer service! Appointments are made but not kept, wasting my time waiting on them. Multiple calls to come fix the garden window took a good month before they said they can't fix it and they will refund my money for that window and then they ended up just leaving that window because their ""car couldn't fit it."" Two year later, my kids ripped the netting on the screen door, they said they'll pick it up between 8-12 and have it back the same afternoon 1-4. The guy came out about 10AM measured saw the problem. Said he will just go get another door that's already screened and come back and replace the damaged one and also install the tracks. It's almost 3PM no one has come back with a replacement or tracks. I called, they tried to change the story and said they told me it would be a two day process, their guy will come back next day to finish. I am not happy. Now I have to wait again for services!
