Had roof replaced in 2019 , recent roof leak and can't get return calls after leaving several messages over a week with service and I have been very polite. Their Alpharetta office is on my way to work stopped by several times and no one ever in and several usps stickers for signatures on door . Google other office and make your own mind up.

This is the worst roofing company! They do NOT stand by their work. We have a leak from a roof that they installed 2yrs ago. We have been trying to get service for someone to come and resolve the leak for 3 months and have HAD nothing but promises that someone would come out. Now we are seeing possible mold. We had to file a claim with our insurance company BUT we will have to pay out of pocket to resolve the roof leak!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They appeared great right until the time the collected my deductible and got my mortgage company to endorse the insurance check. Then all communication stopped. I've made multiple calls and have yet to get any calls back.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Do not use Veteran's Roofing or Thomas Bouhan for your roofing needs. We have paid him in full for a roof through our insurance claim and we now have a lien on our home for the supplies used as he has yet to pay the supplier. I have spoken to the attorney who filed the Lien and there are at least two other properties that have a lien on them as well. I also know another client that has paid in full and they have been waiting for over a month for Thomas to get them a date for their install.

It's always great working with Thomas and his team. We have done many projects together. The business has grown a lot over the years (and for good reason!). This is definitely a company to research further. Skills go beyond just roofing (wood replacement, gutters, siding, painting, etc.).

This company is a dishonor to veterans. They took my $2393.06 a year and a half ago. Not a single bit of work has been done. They have lied, refused to return calls, told me to stay away from their office and they are simply thieves.

We used Veteran's Roofing Company for our house's new roof in Lawrenceville, GA. This was our first time and we were on a learning curve to from Home Insurance side as well as Replacing side of the new roofing process. Tom and his team (Leif) were very professional, transparent with their fees and had excellent communications. They were thorough with the process and promptly addressed all our inquiries and concerns. His team was also very knowledgeable about dealing with Home Insurance claims submissions. I am a budding out of state investor and his team was perfect to work with remotely. Would highly recommend this company for investors or home owners & will definitely use them for future roofing services.
