Being a veteran I was in the process of hiring veteran roofing and construction as I had my roof get wind damage. Prompt in coming out to look and told them ins USAA only was replacing 1/2 roof from wind damage. Was told by Brad that I needed a full roof replacement so allowed him to fight for me. The last time was at the 7month mark when I spoke to him he said let me get in touch with USAA again. It's been like nine months now and they will not return my calls I took his explanation of he would fight for me for a full replacement but USAA only will pay for 1/2 and couple of oth3 areas and shed I truly enjoy to work with veteran owned companies being a retired veteran myself. Guess they don't want my business ignoring me and blowing me off not returning my calls. Have been patient long enough time to find another roofer that will repair and roof and not continue to ignore me. You want someone's business you don't ignore them that won't get you a good reference or review.

I can't get them to fix the leak around my skylights that started after they replaced my roof. Been trying to get them to do the warranty repairs for several months and each rainstorm I get about 3 or 4 gallons of water in a 5-gallon bucket, Water damage to flooring, rot setting in and black mold forming on ceiling. I keep texting Brad and he keeps saying next Thursday, and he never shows up. I thought these vets were here to help the vets, but it seems to be a strictly money thing. It was painful to get them to start the work, but the crew seemed to be great, took months to replace the skylights, now refuses to warranty the work. It's your money, you decide. Caveat Emptor

I just called Veteran Roofing, he was rude as hell and hung up. He answered ""hello"", i asked if it was Veteran Roofing, to be sure I had the right number, and his name so i was sure i had the right person (this was a Nextdoor referral) - he said ""well who are you??"" With tone and attitude....and he hung up! Definitely DO NOT recommend.....imagine a leak 1-2 years out, they'll never make good on it.
