Tina C.I have been dealing with heidi, scott, kris and bob from vestar since August of 2017 regarding the completion of a rebuild. The building has multiple leaks to this day. The widows, doors, sliders and roof have multiple places the structure leaks. It took us ripping out the drywall and insulation to see the months of water damage concealed. The buklder has had a construction expert out. Along with an engineer. They recommended many repairs that includes removal of the patio. Vestar is refusing to repair the building with out receiving more money. Their own construction expert stated they didn't supervise their sub contractors. Or do quality work on this construction. I would run from this company and all the others they are involved with. Their lawyer is the customer service department. I would give them a zero rating if available.
