Received an unsolicited phone call from a ""Jason"" claiming to be with Veritas Roofing. I'm on the national Do Not Call list, when I informed ""Jason"" of this and asked why he was calling his response was ""well you're not on our do not call list"". We had a hail storm here in Austin a couple of nights ago, they don't have a list. They just go online and look for people who live in the affected areas. Anyway, hope y'all enjoy your FCC fine!

I was in need of a roof replacement. I checked Angi's List for a reputable company. Veritas Roofing was at the top of the list. I contacted them a Representative by the name of Cole came he was very Friendly and Professional. He explained the entire process to me from start to finish and he brought samples for me to look at. Veritas Roofing did an outstanding job for us. Johnny assisted us with a roof repair to satisfy insurance requirements for missing shingles. He also provided the necessary COC report. The thing I appreciate the most about Johnny was his friendly demeanor and concern for us. In the midst of a tornadic event in Dallas Texas on 10/20/2019, that required many demands on his time, he found time to see about our roofing needs. He is a definite example of the way business should be done. I thank GOD for Johnny and the opportunity to be blessed by his gifts and talents!

This company apparently doesn't want to work for you unless you're covered by insurance. I told the project mgr. that I wanted repairs to my roof regardless of whether the insurance would cover it. When I told them the insurance had declined coverage, they wouldn't return my call for an estimate or my email I sent them. Even though I was prepared to pay for the repairs with my own money once I compared bids; I felt this company did not handle it professionally & I won't be referring them to anyone I know!

These guys are the real deal! Very professional and thorough from the start. They worked with my insurance company and helped us understand the process, and the roof was done in one day. They stayed on the job until all nails and debris was thoroughly cleaned up, even left our yard and patio better than they found it. Our new roof is beautiful and We are very pleased! We highly recommend Veritas Roofing!
