Verde roofing is the absolute best when it comes to roof replacement. Chris and his team have replaced the roof on my house, my in laws house, as well as hundreds of my clients that have their home insurance with my agency. Chris has a background in insurance adjusting which gives him a unique capability to speak the language of the insurance carriers. Just recently my neighbor was having issues with his insurance carrier denying a hail claim. With the assistance from Chris and Verde not only did they get the claim back on track, but they got the client a complete roof replacement. I won't use anyone else when it comes to roofers. When you work with Chris and Verde, you get 5 star service from start to finish.

Chris Grimes is an honest roofer. He came to our house after a recent hail storm, checked our roof and found that it had not been damaged to the point we needed to make a claim. We asked him to nail down and reseal one of the air vent pipes on the roof. He did it at a reasonable cost. We are happy with his work and recommend him.

Chris Grimes came over after a call following Labor Day 2022. He did tarp portions of my roof where a large branch fell and caused roof damage as well as interior water damage.
It was an insurance claim to work with and convinced ins I needed a completely new roof. Weather caused delays, but when work began I could see the shoddy effort being performed by the workers. It was also below temp for a roof install.
Chris attempted to take photos in rooms where there was absolutely No water damage, in my private space. It resulted in two counts of assault on me (I suffer severe health issues), the workers broke my hose, I'm still finding nails, and his rage issues really came out. No response, the overlap to an existing screen room & shed are not secured so when the wind blows it howls like a wind tunnel. He's disappeared so no warranty, no registration for warranty on 30 yr shingles, and the assaults. Don't trust this guy, he's motivated by Greed from an ins co and is willing to shove an Older woman around to get $$. It could and likely will, happen to someone again. Beware this passive yet rage filled man. Doesn't even respond to his reviews and is not a member of the BBB. Claims he thought you had to be accredited. Right. Beware. Just Beware.

We had hail in our North Dallas neighborhood back in April and I was worried about roof damage. A friend recommended Verde roofing and I gave them a call. Setting up the appointment was easy and Chris showed up on time. The great news is that my roof was still in pretty good shape with only a few dings showing. There was no high pressure tactics to file a claim or commit to a whole roof replacement. I appreciated the professionalism and integrity.

We had a surprise leak in our bedroom ceiling and Chris and his team were extremely responsive and came and took care of us quickly. They were also very fair and didn't try to sell us a whole new roof. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
