This is our second time doing business with Vera Roofing, first a repair last year, and a full roof due to hail damage this month.

Jose Alonso and his crew have been great to work with. Jose is very helpful in navigating the the insurance procedures, explaining and advocating for us.
There were issues with our old roof that caused unavoidable delays and extended the work into the weekend. Jose worked with the insurance company to get the additional expenses added to the coverage.

The crew was professional, working through horrific heat and delays. Every single person exceeded my expectation.

I highly recommend Vera Roofing, Jose Alonso, and the entire roofing crew.

Someone called me on behalf of this company to get a roof inspection. After me trying to not schedule anything the guy was very very insistent so I scheduled for Saturday. (I guess I should have just hung up on such pushiness but I didn't...) Then I looked on yelp and saw the reviews. I decided I would cancel my appointment so first I called the number I was called from multiple times. Call failed every time so it must have been from some kind of fake number. Then I called the company and the voice mailbox is full. Finally I received a call back, just as I was posting this review. I was honest in why I was canceling.

After repeated calls to get Vera Roofing to honor it's workmanship warranty, we were told someone would call and come by to view our complaint that shingles were improperly nailed! We can understand correcting a mistake, but cannot understand the owner repeatedly saying a worker would come by, but no one ever showed!
I would not recommend this roofing company. Be warned!
