Don't be fooled by Venture Construction of Florida!
They do not stand behind the 5 year warranty. After completing our roof, we became aware of many cracked tiles. After numerous attempts to contact Venture, only after a certified letter was received by them did they respond.
They inspected the roof and agreed to fix all of the cracked tiles (approx. 10 tiles). However they only used six, and used a different color mortar on the partial repair. We wanted to make sure the repair was finished. We had a friend a retired roofer (a 140 pound man) walk very carefully to inspect the roof, and took numerous pictures of the tiles still cracked and the messy job of the incorrect mortar.
Venture refuses to come out and finish the repair, because we had retired roofer disclose the lack of progress and messiness of the partial repair.
I would advise everyone to steer clear of Venture Construction of Florida, there are many reputable companies to do business with that will treat the customer fairly and with respect!
