I called a few roofers and got the runaround from a lot folks, but I finally called these guys and so glad I did. Kacy showed up and gave me an honest assessment of our roof(needed major repair in two spots). He was fair, didn't gouge, was easy to schedule the work with, and the work was flawless. We needed some repairs on our roof after buying a new home in Ojai last year. We had had a lot work done on the house up to this point and were used to the different styles of how companies/tradesmen work and communicate.

After talking with Kacy, the team that came out to work on our roof provided excellent communication all around- said hello when they showed up and ran through what they were going to do, how long they thought it would take, and provided pictures when they were done for insurance purposes. I had a leaking roof in my bathroom. I called Ventura Roofing .
Casey made an appointment with me to come out and check it out.
He educated me on where the leak maybe.
And explained what type on roof patch would work the best for the job. He said it was a job that we both felt I could do myself. So I took his advice and did the job myself.
I appreciate the professionalism and honesty that he displayed.

I had this roofing company come out to give me a quote, due to some leaking in my garage. They quoted me about $7000 for a replacement and repair on my garage roof. This was the first rain of November.
Had another company come out and they said just get some sandbags because its due to the run off of the rain going into your garage. That is what we did and bought $45 worth of sand and sand bags and it resolved the issue!!!

I am so happy with the job Tim and his guys did replacing my roof they had to replace a lot of facia and other wood damaged by termites and everything was done on time and close to budget and it looks fantastic and everybody is very nice this is one contractor I recommend
