I had an EXCELLENT experience with Vento Rain Gutters! Lady was very accommodating with getting someone out to give me an estimate and scheduled the work within days. Her suggestions for the gutters were even better than what I had anticipated. She texted me a detailed plan with a very reasonable price. (no surprises) The installers that came were extremely professional, friendly, and polite. They did a beautiful job! I was so impressed with the time they took to get it perfect and even their clean up! I have had contractors that just want to get in and out and aren't as meticulous. The installers even put in my rain chains. I immediately called Lady to express my satisfaction with the gutters. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

I contacted Vento Rain Gutters after I saw the great work they did at the house of someone I know and let me tell you that it was the best thing I ever did. The entire experience was professional, customer centric and courteous. They also installed some shutters I was missing on a few windows as well. I would highly recommend them. It's a family run business and the owners gets involved and his hands dirty. Plus the work and product for the price was well above the rest and beat all estimates I requested. Highly recommend them!

we had the gutters installed in november of 2019 and last week in one of the storms that we had, we noticed one of the corners of the gutters came apart. we called the vento and she asked me to take pictures and send them to her, she called me back and she said that did not happened with the storm so it was not covered under warranty and she had to charge us $150.00 for the repair. so be careful before using them because they do not honor their work.

I thought I was going to get great price and service. However, my experience ended with a poorly installed gutter that would retain 90% of the water when it rained, which was worse than my old gutter. When I called to mention that the newly installed gutter was retaining a lot of water, they first avoided my calls and texts, until the installer finally came to my house. With a very rude tone, he explained that I didn't understand how hitters worked and that we needed a gutter on the second floor to fix the poorly installed gutter downstairs. The worst logic I've ever heard with a person that simply refused to admit that he installed the gutter incorrectly with a subpar pitch. They refused to help fix my gutter in the most rude fashion possible and I had to fix the gutter myself. Do not use Vento Gutters.
