I needed a Roof Evaluation Report and Mr. Jordan Veirs and his crew showed up at my home the following day when it was hard to get a hold of the other roofing companies in the vicinity.
They were very nice. They checked my roof and gave some recommendations (roof tune up). My insurance company (State Farm) didn't want to renew my insurance til those recommendations were completed. I decided to schedule it with them sooner than later. It was time sensitive and this time it was a little challenging to make an appointment with them but they did show up after a few days and completed my roof. It also took a few days and some follow up before I got my report that I needed to submit to State Farm but all's well that ends well. I'm pretty pleased and I'd recommend.
I gave them 4 stars for professionalism.

I called them out to get a quote for a roof leak. They came out the next day as it had been raining the day before. So they came to my house, never got on the roof to look at my leak just said that I probably need a whole NEW ROOF. My leak was in the garage and was small. Then they kept going on about needing a new roof, my husband said no way. Then they left and I never got a quote on my leak. What a sham of a company. All there interested in is selling roofs. Don't call this company unless you need a new roof!!!!!

Veirs Kluk Roofing did a great job on my 40+ year concrete tile roof. The tiles had not been nailed originally and were sliding off. Rats were getting in through gaps. It was a mess. They secured everything with cement and nails, cleaned out the valleys, checked and fixed all openings, painted the metal vents and flashings.... Very professional. Cleaned up all around (on and off the roof). The cost was more than reasonable, in fact the final bill was less than their estimate by several hundred $! I highly recommend them!

Veirs Kluk Roofing Co. did a complete re-roofing of my 1950's home nearly two years ago (Sept. 2012). They tore out the original wood shingle, and layers of composite shingle. They installed radiant barrier (besides insulation and sound dampening, it reduced house shake when large trucks pass by!), dormer vents, ridge vents, new flashing, and Certainteed Landmark Fiberglass Class A shingles. Everything still looks great, and no leaks to report.

Marc is experienced, knowledgable, and has a keen sense for aesthetics. His crew were efficient and professional. The work was done right, and they did an excellent clean-up when finished.

During the process of selecting a type of roof, and a contractor, I became very roof-concious. I noticed the looks, conditions, and assembly of roofs around the area: materials, colors, ridge lines, vents, open valleys... - it get's immense. Get to know what to avoid, and what you like. I'm very pleased with how my roof performs and looks.

I had the worst leak from this recent storm that hit. Marc and his team came out and did a great job. It was also nice to know that this company has been in riverside for 61 years, and they stand behind their work. If you are looking for a great roofer that is reliable and affordable look no further. :)
