Called this company today and although it's uncertain if they'll be able to fit me in their schedule before I possibly go w/ another company, the level of professionalism was obvious during my call. I have what appears to be a roof leak at the area of my fireplace. Due to almost constant rain in last couple weeks the company is backed up & I'm nervous about waiting 2 weeks to get the problem remedied. I spoke w/ ? April (not certain) who was very informative, took the time to look up when my roof was last done (this is county info) & even tried to locate the name of the company who did last work on it. Because I'm in a time crunch I may not be able to use this company but will update this review if
Here's the update- downgraded company from a 5 star to a 3. Why? I had a gentleman come out, give an assessment that was semi-similar to the two I already had then had to put up with relentless up- selling to preventative stuff on my 5 year old roof. The estimate was by far the most expensive but I will give them this- professional communication, very professional typed up estimate w/ pics. If you have an endless supply of money and up- selling like crazy doesn't bother you then go with them. I took a pass.
